Had a problem with my door and it was handled perfectly. I brought my car in to the dealership because I had an issue with a door handle. Santiago was terrific! He fixed the problem for me, pointed out that I brought my car in to the dealership because I had an issue with a door handle. Santiago was terrific! He fixed the problem for me, pointed out that there were two safety recalls on the car that needed to be addressed as well. He got me out of there very quickly and didn't charge me anything!!
