I went to the dealership on Friday May 24th,2013 to purchase a 2012 Nissan Altima SL. I was immediately taken care of. The Salesman I used was assigned to me by the general manager John LaFrancesa. His purchase a 2012 Nissan Altima SL. I was immediately taken care of. The Salesman I used was assigned to me by the general manager John LaFrancesa. His name is Dan Rink ( highly recommended). Upon purchasing the vehicle, and going over everything I noticed the vehicle wasn't properly cleaned inside or out. Dan Rink immediately took the vehicle to the prep shop and had it recleaned. It wasn't perfect, but the attempt was made. I called Dan Rink on Saturday May 24th to express my concern and was told that the car would be fully detailed inside and out until I was satisfied. While I was speaking to him I also mentioned a few problems with the vehicle that we both missed nothing major, some cosmetic issues. Once again he said he will take care of it. My appointment is scheduled for next week. I highly recommend Nissan of Huntington for all purchases. More
I recently leased an Altima from Huntington Nissan. Usually I enter the dealerships with trepidation. All too often they play games with the numbers, and I leave feeling disappointed, and insulted. I was treated with respect and I was able to lease the car I wanted, at the price I wanted to pay. The car was promised at a given date and it was ready, filled with gas and sparkling clean. It was a pleasure to deal with such friendly and professional people. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. I am actually looking forward to my next lease with them. I have had previous leases with Mercedes, Infinity and BMW. Huntington Nissan equals, or exceeds, their customer service and satisfaction. More

Giuseppe I am expressing my sincere regards and thank you for helping us getting the car we need at a value that we can afford. You have been honest and you delivered to us exactly what you promised. We came to your showroom and immediately you welcomed us with a smile and worked with us throughout the entire process. When we told you the price we had from a different dealer (Atlantic Nissan) you told us that they would not honor that price and true when we went to them they changed everything on us giving us different things than what they promised. But you Giuseppe despite this, you honored their price and you gave us the car with the price they promised but never delivered!!!!!!! Giuseppe your honesty and integrity is something rare in this environment because we know that most sales people are looking to make the biggest profit for their companies and don't care about customers. Went into dealership looking for a pre-owned Murano, went home in a brand new one thanks to Big Rich. Rich was a pleasure to work with from the moment he shook our hands. Walking into the dealership as thr home in a brand new one thanks to Big Rich. Rich was a pleasure to work with from the moment he shook our hands. Walking into the dealership as three women, we were concerned we would be taken advantage of, but did not feel that way at all. Big Rich was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He let us test drive a pre-owned vehicle and worked the numbers for us. When they didn't work out the way that we had hoped, he offered up a new idea to go with a brand new vehicle via lease. He seemed genuinely attentive to what was in my best interest; if the payments were manageable for me and if it was truly the vehicle I wanted. After working the numbers and negotiating back and forth, we came to a middle ground and made a deal. We shook hands on the price and that was the price I signed off on in the finance office, with no hidden fees added. . . what a relief that was! Rich was attentive to any and all concerns we came up with, and was willing to find a way to resolve them the best he could. Thanks Big Rich for a great car buying experience!! I highly recommend you stop in and see Big Rich for Big Savings next time you're in the market for a new vehicle!! Mr. Singh in finance was fantastic as well. He explained everything clearly, and was open to any and all questions we had. He made the process quick and simple, by far the best experience I've had yet in a finance office! At the end of the night, Joanna took time to sit in the vehicle with me and explain all of the features it has, and how to work them. She answered any questions I had, and even helped me set up the blue tooth connect. The personal attention each employee provided throughout the purchasing process was unlike any I've experienced in other dealerships. I will definitely be a repeat customer! More
