Best service I have ever gotten in the my history of driving I wanted to thank Nissan service department for their excellent services. When I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation a I wanted to thank Nissan service department for their excellent services. When I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a headlight replacement, the lady gave me an option to come in right away, which was my lunch break, very convenient. As soon as I got to the dealer, a very nice gentleman who works there, his name is Randolph Arnegger , got my vehicle in right away. He was very polite, listened to me without any interruptions and didn't try to sell me anything which made me feel that I was heard, respected. I told him I was on my lunch break and I was pressed for time. He escorted me to the waiting area and said things would be taken care of. In about 15 minutes he found me browsing around the dealership and gave me an update with his recommendations. In about 10 more minutes my car was outside and ready to go. When I went to make a payment, I was pleasantly surprised that I could use my points that I had previously earned to save some money. I didn't have to argue with anybody to use those points and ended up paying less than expected. Thank you so much for doing such outstanding job! I am looking forward to going back there again. Excellent Service - Thank You Mike Keenan I had a chronic problem with my XM Radio. I decided to bring the issue to the attention of the service manager of Nissan of Huntington. The gentlema I had a chronic problem with my XM Radio. I decided to bring the issue to the attention of the service manager of Nissan of Huntington. The gentleman's name is Mike Keenan. From the start, I found Mike to be highly professional and very motivated to repair a problem that in the past appeared to be unfixable. After I discussed the issue with him, he told me he would not only get to the cause of the problem but would also make sure my radio would be working as soon as possible. I am pleased to say he kept his promise and within a week I had a new functioning XM radio. In addition, he provided me with a loaner car for the full period I didn't have use of my car. I found Mike to be a friendly, highly effective manager who is dedicated to quality customer satisfaction. Nissan of Huntington is truly fortunate to have him head up their service department. FINALLY A DEALERSHIP WHO CARES!!!!!!! I Normally would never bother to write this but I feel compelled to do so after having THE BEST DEALERSHIP SERVICE experience of my life! I purchase my Nissan in September of 2012 and have had my share of issues with this vehicle. Transmission was intermittently acting up and making a lot of strange noises. I first went to two other Nissan dealers who basically blew me off! I simply asked for an appointment to speak to the Service Director Mike Keenan. I sat with him, he LISTENED to me, (something no one else would do) and then we came to decision together to best remedy the situation. Within a few days my problem was solved and have had no further issues with this vehicle since! I am now even bringing my husbands BMW to Nissan of Huntington Service Department for most services!!!! More

When it came to the lease amount Kerry was very help[ful in fulfilling my requirements. I was very pleased with the whole transaction. Especially Kerry who was sensitive to my needs. Worst dealer experience, a bunch of LIARS ! I am looking around my area for the best deal on a 2014 maxima with the limited edition package because my lease is up on my 2011 altima and i want to I am looking around my area for the best deal on a 2014 maxima with the limited edition package because my lease is up on my 2011 altima and i want to upgrade. I went into this dealership and got a verbal and written agreement of paying 2500 dollars total out of my pocket for 250 dollars a month for 36 months lease so the same day i left a 500 deposit because i wanted to make the deal final. I went in to sign the papers the next day and was informed after sitting the around the dealership an hour later that i had to come up with another 2500 dollars. This is an absolute disgrace getting a customers hopes up with getting a new vehicle then telling the customer you need to come up with an extra 2500 dollars and telling non stop lies. This dealership should be put out of service for their untruthfulness and rudeness to their customers...will NEVER recommend this dealership to anybody! Now it is 4 days later and i still have not received my refund of the 500 dollars and the bank has no record of a refund waiting to be processed meanwhile they take the deposit the same day they can put it back that quick. A bunch of LIARS most HORRIBLE nissan dealership by far. More
Win/Win sale and service. We were politely and professionally greeted by Peter Sciarroto. Peter had a soft sale way about him. He listened to our needs. After showing us a few different models Mim picked the Sentra to test drive. When we got back we talked price first, than trade. Peter didn't have a problem with doing it that way at all. He did have to go back to the manager a couple of times with our offer and we reached an agreement on the price and trade-in separately. We got a very good price on the car but a bit less on the trade then I would have liked to see. All in all we did well. I would call it a win/win deal. A couple of months passed and leak developed. It was water from the outside. Normally this would have set a foul taste in my mouth and I thought to myself, "Here we go". Once again they surprised me. They gave us a loaner car, kept the car for a week, called us with the progress, fixed it and fixed it right the first time. They had to reseal the windshield and they replaced the carpet and underlayment to avoid mold problems in the future. They did all that without us having to ask them. Now that is complete and thorough. I already sent Peter another referral and she ended up buying a sentry also. I waited 4 months before writing a review because I wanted to rate the entire buying and service experience. More
Bad Experience in Every Way Visited showroom looking for a used vehicle that would have lower monthly payments than what I currently had with my currently owned vehicle. Was shown a vehicle and was offered it for 24 hours to see if I liked it. Returned the next day explaining my doubts and was immediately handed off to a finance person who quoted me rates higher than what I was already paying. When I objected, I was then told that I was wasting their time and he was going to go tell the salesman. He (Wahibe) returned shortly thereafter with the salesman and an sales manager named Dennis. Now the game started and it was 3 against one and they with the salesman's mouth tightly shut spent 30 minutes arguing with me about why I should buy this vehicle and trade in what I had. I was assured by Wahibe and the sales manager that the high interest rate they quoted would adjust to a lower level depending on my credit score after a one year. I just got off the phone with not 1 but 2 representatives of the bank that financed my purchase and both confirmed that Wahibe and this other wannabe gangster named Dennis both "lied" to me about the fluctuating interest rate and that I was stuck with the one they quoted for 6 years. I would never have signed a contract with these crooks had I known that, I was advised that this is a common practice among some dealers to say anything to get you to sign a contract. My advice would be to stay far away from this outfit. I should have followed the 2 other customers I saw storm out while I was there. This is not an honorable business. I believe any good reviews about this place are written in house. More

Went to Nissan of Huntington looking for a new car. Unsure about an Altima or Maxima. Spoke with Kerry and she put me in an Altima and immediately knew that was the car I wanted. Sat down and discussed options and pricing and left with a great car at the price I wanted. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. 2014 V6 Altima and love to drive it. Let me start off by saying this has been the worst experience I have ever had of leasing a car through Nissan of Huntington. My whole entire family, my husband's sister's, including myself have been experience I have ever had of leasing a car through Nissan of Huntington. My whole entire family, my husband's sister's, including myself have been buying and leasing Nissan's for well over 15 years + ! They claim that they want to be Number 1, but they have a lot of work to do to in order to accomplish this task by simply treating their customers with dignity, respect and being professional. The management is very arrogant and persistent in getting you to believe something that is not true! This is my story, I went to Nissan of Huntington to get an early buy out for my lease on the Rogue so that I can lease a new 2014 Rogue. I have done early buyout leases from Nissan in the past more than once with NO problem. I had a contract with the deal completed with Jason in my price range and I gave them a deposit. This was going to be a sign and drive which means taxes are rolled into the payment and no out of pocket expenses only DMV and first payment. I was told the car was not available and that it was coming in soon. Two weeks later anticipating on getting my new car, I get a call from the dealership stating that I had to give them an additional $2,000.00 out of my pocket. IT COMES TO SHOW YOU THAT CONTRACTS MEAN NOTHING WITH NISSAN OF HUNTINGTON. I was totally MISLED! Now for my deposit that I had given them on my charge card I wanted them to credit me because they would NOT let the deal go through that was on the contract and it took them literally 3 weeks and 4 managers, including Dennis Barchi to talk on the phone and to credit my account. I called AMEX and was told that the Nissan Dealership still did NOT credit my account. I truly hope that everyone is reading this review so that you are aware of this company. They cannot be trusted! Reviews are everything, I am not done telling my story to other websites. Good Luck! More
