bad dealership I have to say this is by far the worst dealership i have went to in my life. The salesman at the dealership made me wait for an hour at his desk while I have to say this is by far the worst dealership i have went to in my life. The salesman at the dealership made me wait for an hour at his desk while he went to a so called emergency meeting with his boss to discuss the progress of the daily sales and how they only sold 4 cars for the day. Hmm , i wonder why !! I would of left but he had my credit card. After i got over that i was still trying to buy a car through them . They wouldnt lower their price at all. All these dealerships dont want to deal with you if you only want to talk about the final price of the vehicle . They try to talk monthly payments and hope you cant do math. Not telling anyone not to go there but be wary of a salesman named Dean and his henchman named vinny who hung up on me after following up this same visit!! Nice job guys !! I just wanna let you at huntington nissan that im at legend nissan with a pen in my hand ready to sign for the exact model car!! Beware consumers!! More
rip off . salesman agreed on price of car and $ out of pocket and then when I went to sign, they tripled the amount out of pocket. I was upset so they said . salesman agreed on price of car and $ out of pocket and then when I went to sign, they tripled the amount out of pocket. I was upset so they said pay 1st month amount again and it can go through. I agreed so as not to upset my daughter who I was leasing the car for. Rip off. New Owner in last year. Stay clear. More
Excellent Experience with Sales and Finance Today I picked up a 2015 Pathfinder from this dealership, they were great. I worked with Peter in sales and Marc the finance manager. I know what the Today I picked up a 2015 Pathfinder from this dealership, they were great. I worked with Peter in sales and Marc the finance manager. I know what the reviews say about this place, in my case all was pleasant, from the onset. I have been shopping around for a new 7 passenger vehicle, really didn't expect to lease one today. Well, thanks to Peter and Marc, I did. Obviously, very pleased. Not sure about the other sales people, how good or bad they are. I have leased no less than 6 vehicles between myself and my kids. This could not have gone better. If you can ask for Peter, he is a throw back from salesman in the past, a true gentlemen. More
Frustrating! I would run from this dealership! Total lack of respect for customers time and continued to make mistakes throughout my entire car purchase. Not to I would run from this dealership! I told them clearly thatI did not want to waste my time by coming in for nothing. I went in and and lo and behold I wasted an evening. When I complained to the manager on the spot he said something to the effect of I didn't have anything to do with why you yelling at me. I guess saying a minimal amount on the phone and getting someone in the door and then getting the real trurh is a tried and true sales technique but it did not work here. So they accomplished nothing but losing a potential customer. Personally, I like straightforewardness and honesty not the phony sales pitch. More
Very aggressive salespeople with their own agenda I came in to see used SUVs advertised on the website. I also called customer service the day before and on the day I was headed to the dealership. I g I came in to see used SUVs advertised on the website. I also called customer service the day before and on the day I was headed to the dealership. I got phone confirmations from Jackie and Janet that the cars were in stock and at the lot. I get there and all of a sudden the cars are not there. They insisted that it is typical for them to fail to update the inventory, phone salespeople and website with accurate and current information. Then the salesman started an aggressive campaign for me to consider purchasing a new vehicle. I made it clear that this was not my intention. I inquired what other options for used SUVs do i have. He stated that they only had one AWD SUV and he cannot provide the price, but then proceeded to attempt to force me to test drive the used murano. I refused to move until I knew the price and ended up waiting 20minutes for a manager. I was there for over an hour dealing with Aly: 1. Who stated that the dealership routinely does not provide accurate information to the public. 2. A salesman who did not listen to my requests and continuously tried to muscle me into buying a new car, contrary to everything I said. 3. Who refused to provide the selling price of a used vehicle 4, Who made me wait an additional 20 minutes before a manager came to provide the information I requested 5. Who aggressively insisted that I take the used car for a test drive before providing any additional information 6. Who ultimately did not help me buy a car that day More

Since we had a positive experience, we returned to buy a 2nd Rogue June 30th. Kerry reduced the price an additional $500 over the prior deal. Since I couldn't transfer my plates, Wahid gave us the price to tranfser plates instead of the cost for new plates; the dealership absorbing the difference.. Thank you. More

I brought my 350z in for servicing due to a clicking noise in the rear axle which for whatever reason is a very common problem amongst 350 z's. Got the car back fairly quickly and was told by Brian they dropped the rear axles out, regreased them, and reinstalled them to proper torque specs. A month later the ticking noise returned so i dropped the car off and a few days later got the car back and Brian explained that they just performed the same procedure again. Another month later the clicking noise returns. I go back to Nissan and they ask me to drive one of their techs around the block to point out the problem. Upon returning to the dealership the tech states he noticed the clicking noise and asked me if i knew where the locking lug nut remover was for my wheels since i have locking lug nuts. I explained where in the trunk they were and ask the tech how they've been removing the wheel to drop out the axles if they couldn't remove the locking nut and he simply states they haven't been able to take the wheels off. To simplify this for those of you who may not know, you need to remove the wheel in order to remove the axle there is no way around it. So a few days later Brian from Nissan states they are unable to perform any work due to an after market wheel spacer on the car. At this point i know they're just making excuses because Brian had told me they dropped the wheel and axle twice which would've required them to remove the wheel spacer as well and now on the third time they're saying they can't perform the work due to the wheel spacer. So now after I'm left with a ticking rear axle and a nonrefundable bill (so they claim) for $230, i am currently disputing the charge with my credit card and will no longer bring my cars there for servicing or recommend that anyone else does also. From their sales department right through to service. They sell new cars in less then new condition. They tell you that you can walk out with the car the day you go to buy it. What they don't tell you is you have to sit there for half a day waiting. Then you get the car and the infotainment system is defective the clear coat is messed up. So you have to bring it back to get it fixed. They don't fix the clear coat btw.. instead the head of the service department basically tells you it is what it is. When you by a new car it should be pristine, inside and out. They throw in window tinting but don't worry they will mess it up so you have to go back and get it redone. So far they have wasted 2 and a half days of our time. Be smarter then us.. Go somewhere else to purchase a Nissan. More
