Customer Service at it's best with 1 disadvantage. After returning to the Nissan dealership I got my previous leased vehicle from, and receiving a run around for 1 week, after numerous phone calls to t After returning to the Nissan dealership I got my previous leased vehicle from, and receiving a run around for 1 week, after numerous phone calls to the salesman were made, he tells me that he's decided to go back to his old place of employment and that he gave another salesman there, all of the information on what I was looking for. The salesman had NO idea about what I was inquiring about. So, leaving a bad taste in my mouth, I decided to visit this dealership. Within a few minutes, I was being helped. I ended up leasing a different vehicle than the one I was interested in. The salesman was very helpful and provided me with many selections and worked up numbers immediately. He was very attentive and courteous and knew the true meaning of customer service. I also want to mention that although the salesman was great, the waiting process was extremely long. In total the wait time was about 5 hours. This is too long and dealerships will lose business this way. People do not have time to sit around for that many hours. I witnessed many people that day who were very annoyed. One person said to his salesman "You're going to have to start feeding people here soon". There has to be a better way. More

Ball of thieves If for any chance you are willing to buy a car in this dealership just be very careful. At the beginning they are very nice. If there is anything missing or broken in the car. They tell you that they will replace but you have to wait I couple of days. They try to sell you the extended warranty offer by Nissan but these warranties do not cover all the parts of car as it shows in the flyer . It just covers the main parts of the car. They even tell you that it works in all US.I actually bought the most expensive one that cover all! Once my head light did not work I made an appoiment in the closest Nissan in town. There the lady explained to me that the extended warranty just covers the main piece not the service neither the small parts car. So if there was something wrong with my lights I had to pay it was actually a month after I bought the car. So I went back the dealer to cancel the warranty because Sears offers a better prepaid maintance car. They manager told me that it could be done at any dealer and it takes between 4-6 weeks to process. It's been 8 weeks and they didn't not send the money to my bank! And no body gets back to me! The worse place where you can buy a car! I strongly do not recommend this place ! More

He gave me a price of $299 a month with no money down. I laughed my xxx off. I said the TV ad is $159 a month???? He said that is with $1665 down. I said take that amount and divide by 36 months. How did you come to $299 a month. I could get a Maxima for that price. If you want to pay more, then this is your dealer. More
