POOR EXPERIENCE! GO TO WESTBURY NISSAN! Go to Nissan in Westbury! My experience here at Huntington was very disappointing. I made an appointment, specifically to take a look at a Nissan Rogu Go to Nissan in Westbury! My experience here at Huntington was very disappointing. I made an appointment, specifically to take a look at a Nissan Rogue I found online, and the receptionist (Kate or Katelyn, not sure) told me to come in at 4:30. She asked if I wanted to test drive this specific Rogue, and I said yes. When I arrived, the salesman Carlos said the Rogue was no longer there, and said it was sold to Garden City that same morning. I was upset because I received no call, and I live 35 minutes from the location. He even stated that the job of the receptionist is just to get "as many guest" in as possible. I then asked to see another vehicle. Carlos gave me a paper with the price, and gave me no other information. He was very short with me. I then asked "Well, can I see the car please?" We went outside, and he showed me the car for one minute. I did not get to take a good look or even test drive the car, and he rushed me inside and said "well, at least I showed you." He did not sit down with us to discuss prices after. I was extremely shocked because he was rude, his customer service was poor, and he did not give me any information pertaining to the vehicle I was very interested in. Unfortunately, my experience at Huntington was upsetting. I ended up going to a Nissan location in Westbury that same night. I bought a vehicle at that location with John. John let me test drive, and he was very informative and patient! More
Excellent car buying experience My sales person was Cory Hospedates. He was very personable, polite and caring. I came in just to look at the 2018 Murano. My lease on present Murano was up in 6 months, so I was starting to look. Cory told me the 2018 Murano would not be in for another 2 weeks. He asked me where I stood with present car. I told him. He asked if I would be interested in a 2017 Murano. He said dealership would pay the last 6 months on my present lease and my new payment would be less than I am now paying.. So I am now driving a new 2017 Murano and my lease payment is lower than I was paying. Say, how is that not a good deal. Thank you Cory, I'll be back for my next Murano in 3 yrs. (2 and 1/2 years, if you can give me the same deal), More

It was low key from beginning to end, including when finance specialist Geoffrey Mankowski politely helped me to understand the breakdown of taxes, DMV, and the other fees involved without pushing any unwanted services.
