Communication I dropped off my car for service (oil change and inspection) I was told to leave my cell number and I would get a call when my car was ready. I never got a call, I dropped my car off at 1:30 and didn’t hear from the service department until I called them at 5pm because I got concerned because I didn’t hear anything from them, this is the 2nd time it happens to me and I usually don’t complain but when they say they will call you and they don’t owners start to get worried. More

Had dropped off car overnoght. Car was done next day. Disappointed in my Rogue. Brake pulses at highway speeds after brakes warm up. Navigation system, reboots while driving. Looses radio presets. Service said that Nissan wants 12 volt power dash cam to be disconnected. If the 12 volt system cannot handle a dash cam, car is a big disappointment. More

Nice salesperson Derran was very nice to deal with. He is a knowledgeable, no pressure salesperson. He did every thing that he said that he would. The paint looked beautiful. The only issue I had was the transfer of plates. I was initially told they would be transferred from the old car to the new car. Then, I was told they couldn't do it. Then, they transferred the plates. This was not easy on my insurance agent. She had to change the paperwork multiple times. Other than that issue, I am happy with the experience I had with Nissan of Huntington. I would recommend Derran. More

Efficient excellent service with a smile Was reminded by phone that my inspection was up soon. Something I forgot to keep track of so that was very helpful to me.
