Good Customer Service I made an appointment online. I was greeted quickly and courteously. I was soon given an estimate for needed repairs. Since the work was going to ta I made an appointment online. I was greeted quickly and courteously. I was soon given an estimate for needed repairs. Since the work was going to take a few hours, I was given a loaner car to use. I was called as promised and the car was ready upon my return. They did not try to upsell me for any unnecessary services, as so many dealer shops do. Perhaps somewhat pricey compared to an independent shop but I felt it was worth the extra money in light of the treatment I got plus they know my car.
