I am a loyal customer which had bought 2 cars from them and looking to buy my 3rd. They had their price and told me to make an offer then told me to come in they wasted 3 hours of my time and told me the p and looking to buy my 3rd. When you say make an offer that usually implies we can negotiate but the manager refused to negotiate and told me the price was final and just let me walk out no questions asked. I was so impaled by this and will never buy a car from them again. They lost a loyal customer and by the way my last car I bought a 2020 pathfinder did not come with any floor mats in them but they would take care of that then told me to come in on Monday and told me they would charge me for them now. I work in sales and to me this was very unprofessional!!! More

Unfortunately however, their pactice of getting customers in with a low price online and then tagging on $3k+ of "fees" is a common practice. What made the experience more insulting was the manager Rimero, I don't even know if that's his real name. He was very rude especially at the beginning and showing us an attitude. We are the customers and I don't think it is professional to speak to and treat customers the way he treated us and spoke with us. It was only after I asked if he was in a bad mood that he realized that I didn't appreciate the way he was speaking to us with an attitude. He quoted us a price of $6.8k for the car plus taxes and DMV. Which is fine and that is what I went into the dealership with the intention of paying. However, that quickly turned into almost $3k in additional fees and ofcourse the taxes went up because of the additional fees. His excuse for the additional fees at first was "well you asked if there are any other fees and if what I quoted you first was final so I raised my price". Then the excuse was "our website says there are additional fees", which I agree, there is a disclaimer but this is a game that these dishonest dealerships play to get customers in through the door. Then the excuse for the additional fees was "well we have to sometimes get cars trasported from other places like California and we cannot charge only for those cars a transport fee so we average the cost and charge everyone" even for a used car that I went in for that was traded in at their dealership, what a joke. Then another excuse is that "well you're paying cash and not financing with us so we will charge you an additional fee". At one point, he even blatantly admitted that since "there is a lot of competition so we list low prices online and then charge fees here when customers come in". This should be considered 100% false advertisement and unethical business practice because they are openly admitting to the fact that they list lower prices online to get customers in and then raise the price. Their additional fees have no basis WHATSOEVER! These types of dealerships should be regulated and fined for their actions of misleading customers. They only get away with it because of a disclaimer on their website that there will be fees (without any basis). News 12 needs to do something about these dealers' unethical business practices to bring these types of practices into light. Enough is enough already with the automobile dealership industry. I am going to formally file a complaint against this particular dealership with the BBB and Consumer Affairs for unethical business practice and even possibly try to get in with News 12. This has to stop! More

I stopped in the dealership after getting mail regarding a rebate of $2500 or adding the same to the value of my car. I felt the appraised value was a bit low, but I understand my car needs service light is a rebate of $2500 or adding the same to the value of my car. In addition I'm upside down on my car, I met Eduardo the finance mgr and we discussed numbers. I had to leave to attend a meeting, but we made an appointment to revisit on Monday. He said they're going give me the best offer to earn my business. I will return Monday, I feel confident they will. More

These people are not willing to negotiate these unnecessary, ridiculous fees. They are adding a finance charge even if you are not financing with them. We were paying cash! They also charge you a transfer fee because they transferred the vehicle from wherever it came from, again, ridiculous! They told us that because we were not financing with them, they had to make their money some how. Spoke to the sales person (heavyset make) and manager (female), who were unwilling to negotiate any of their ridiculous fees. There were several of the same type of vehicle AND, they had to move several cars to get to it. Which was an indication that no one had inquired about this vehicle. This dealer was a complete turnoff and appears as a bunch of “hardball”. The minute they learned we would not be financing or leasing with them (as suggested), their whole demeanor changed, and came across pretty hard. I would never recommend anyone to shop there. Their not trying to sell cars. More
A waste of time called and spoke to Charlie a salesperson on Spoke to Charlie a salesperson on Friday told him the Nissan Altima I was interested in and I had been to Another Nissan dealer and Long Island And a Spoke to Charlie a salesperson on Friday told him the Nissan Altima I was interested in and I had been to Another Nissan dealer and Long Island And a friend of mine said before I do Anything call Huntington Nissan where he purchased cars before and speak to Charlie Charlie wasn’t in and called me in back asked what car I was interested in called gave me a price after speaking g to his manager asked me about coming in he called sat morning Memorial Day Weekend which was the next day told me the colors of the cars and drove from Merrick to Huntington took an hour Charlie greeted me we talked a few minutes then went out for a test drive everything fine went to finalize the deal Filled out all forms and credit application he went to his manager and came back with a different price showed me his worksheet from Previous day and said his manager wanted 10 dollars more a month on the lease he apologized and said his manager couldn’t do the deal Wasted 3 hrs from the time of left my house till I got home then I get a call sun at 1230 from Huntington Nissan asking me about my experience and then get transferred to sales manager Kerri who asked about what happened tells me no big deal About the extra 10 a month I said if it’s no big deal why didn’t u agree to the deal that was said she told me has to speak to salesman to find out what happened More

I saw a car and I wanted to buy & as anyone else would do; I called and not only told them I was interested in the vehicle but I wanted to BUY it. She proceeded to tell me that I'll have to speak with her Manager. (which I was perfectly fine with) about 5hrs later I still haven't received a call from a manager, I called them back only to be told the same exact thing. Then a few hours later I had the same conflict. So I called first thing in the morning when they opened (@9am Tuesday morning) only to be prompted by the voicemail letting me know that they're CLOSED. So I call back a few minutes later and once again Melina tells me she'll get her Manager on the phone right away and never does, mind you that I very polite and respectful throughout this whole process & all they did was waste my time. Extremely pathetic, Huntington. More
