These people are racist and have a discriminatory hiring process, told me straight up my car is a piece of s*** when I was trying to buy a new one. And the "owner" also degraded my mother. I've brought my truck here 4 times, as a matter of fact, I am sitting waiting for it to be serviced right now. I don't have a problem with the actual work, I have a problem with the customer service. They've had my information incorrect in their system, so I've not been able to schedule online, my preferred method. They don't seem to have enough employees for the number of appointments they schedule. I was told by the service manager that no one has enough employees right now. So why don't they reduce the number of appointments they make? When I pay dealership prices for service I expect excellent service all around, and I don't feel I'm getting it. I will be taking my truck elsewhere next time, and I will give them 3 or 4 attempts to make me feel like they value me as a customer. More

I can't lie. I was sorely disappointed at one point. There was a problem with my Altima that they couldn't pin point. A Nissan representative even got involved. I was actually livid.
