Of course his job is to upsell, but the F&I guy knew I worked in Credit industry, and he still lied to me on my sons credit rating, and gave me a joke of an interest rate to buyout the car. On November 18, 2022 we leased a 2023 Roque from Nissan of Garden City. The transaction ran approximately 4 hours; couldn't extricate myself from process once we began discussion. An outside autobody shop gave me an estimate of 800.; as Nissan had a 500. deductible - I believed I owed 300. additional; so I gave Garden City Nissan an additional 300. When Nissan felt the car had no additional expense, the dealership would not refund my 300. good faith payment. Stay away from this dealership and review their other reviews! Dr. B. More

On January 26, 2023 I returned my 2020 Nissan Murano lease and completed a new lease for a 2023 Nissan Murano. When agreeing to new lease deal I informed them about 3 monthly payments that were not pai lease and completed a new lease for a 2023 Nissan Murano. When agreeing to new lease deal I informed them about 3 monthly payments that were not paid in 2020, due to Nissan's offer for a pandemic freeze on payments. They offered up to 12 monthly payments freeze but after 3 months I began making my payments of $400.72 again. Nissan of Garden City showed me the print out of my current account with Nissan Motor Acceptance and told me that new lease will include these payments (I told salesperson and Sales Manager Victor Diaz it was the only way I could afford new lease deal that day). I paid $1,500 out of pocket and had a $475 monthly payment for new 2023 Murano. On February 6, 2023 I received a letter from Nissan Motor Acceptance asking for payment of $1,202.16, the amount of 3 payments. I explained my situation and they themselves put in a customer complaint claim against their own Dealership. I am hoping/expecting that Nissan of Garden City do as they claimed they would and accept responsibility for these 3 payments. Victor Diaz lied to my face and I sincerely hope Nissan understands how he works his deals. More
Avoid this place at all costs. YES right now the car market is crazy, but it doesn't give these salespeople the right to scam you. They'll pretend that they're agreeing with your terms (the amount of money you're willing to pay) and then behind closed doors some finance manager will charge your card for a lot more than you've expected. This place is a smoke and mirrors sh*tshow...they're liars, they're underhanded and ultimately they'll try to give you their idea of a great deal...great for them at least. I can't stress this enough...go as far as your car or your feet will take you!!!!! Just make sure it's miles away from here!! The salesperson and the finance manager were purposely not specific with the final numbers and of course that's to their advantage. Leaving me guessing what's wrapped up in the numbers after the fact. To make matters worse the following day when I asked a manager to point out certain details related to the contract (because the finance manager was out of office) he absolutely refused to explain it. He was dismissive and condescending ...an absolute troll who said nothing, but "it's all in there" and "you got a great deal". If the deal was so great why did he completely avoid explaining what was great about it? Shortly after speaking to this manager, I spoke to another one who was a lot more aggreeable, but relayed the same message "it's all in there". Lesson learned for me... I will never lease or purchase another Nissan from this dealership. More
Isa Garcia (sales), Zephyr Chase (sales), and Ian Goldblaum (finance manager) are liars, thiefs, and con-artists. I got nothing for my fully loaded Acura MDX towards my leased Murano. Was told they had to return the Acura back to an Acura dealership because they're not allowed to keep or sell it. They swindled me out of $3000 with a $600 payment for a 2022 Murano. Being a loyal customer meant absolutely nothing. I BOUGHT A 2003 AND 2010 Murano prior to getting the 2020 Acura MDX. Once I found out they lied, I went back for my Acura but was told it was gone. A week later I saw it on their lot and was told I could BUY it back. This dealership is all about getting as much as they can out of you. They double team you to wear you down. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NISSAN. Their smiles and friendliness is deceptive and manipulating. I'm warning the public not to do business with this dealership and definitely not with Isa, Zephyr, or Ian. More
I went to this dealer on 8/25 and encounter crooked Christian and sneaky Chase. These people should be in jail. I have been a customer since 2012. Never had a problem before. I asked for my money back they said they are reimbursing me half and keep half as a security deposit. They promise to call me the next day to come and pick up a new car. I want to give 0 stars to Nissan at Garden city. I went there on August 19/2022 for new car with my trade in car. I refused and said none of any other Nissan dealer will ask you to do that and why do you want my credit to run first. Reply from salesman/ manager oh we are corporate Nissan dealer and you might get better Monthly payment that’s why. From last chnone of any dealer did this to me. I refused to fill credit application before looking at the vehicle and discussing any numbers and left and went to another Nissan dealer . Guess what I got new Vehicle same day and trade in my other car. All numbers were done confirmed before running the credit. Credit ran by Nissan directly Tier 1 approved and got a best deal on my new car. Then I recieved text from garden city manager Christina stating you didn’t purchased vehicle from us and why. The answer is above read it Christine I really want to thank the salesperson and the manager who came and spoke to me at garden city Nissan because of them I went to another Nissan dealer and got the vehicle of my choice and deal.
