Things were just fine at the dealership, clean and safe feeling (from the covid-19). It took a little longer that I expected, but that was really not a big problem. One thing I did not like was the polic feeling (from the covid-19). It took a little longer that I expected, but that was really not a big problem. One thing I did not like was the policy of not taking personal checks. If I had not stopped at the credit union on my way there, I don't know how I would have paid. It was just luck that I had gotten some cash on my way, only because I had a few minutes to spare. You need to warn people on the phone that they can't take their car home if they plan to pay by check. More

I just bought my 2011 Nissan Juke from Chattanooga Tennessee in April and was a little worried about going to a big dealership to have my oil changed mainly because of the price. I was shocked when I Tennessee in April and was a little worried about going to a big dealership to have my oil changed mainly because of the price. I was shocked when I got a better deal at Nissan, Not only did they change my oil they checked my whole car out and sent me an email with things that need to be done in the future! I will NEVER go anywhere else!! I am impressed, I always thought it would be much higher to go there and it was actually cheaper... Thanks for keeping your prices affordable! More

Nissan of Gadsden has the best staff The staff always lets me know a head of time what needs to be taken care of on my Rogue. My Rogue had a good bath before I returned to pick up my car!
