I have one complaint.. I had an appointment on Tuesday at 11:30 and when I arrived I was told that two of the service guys did not show up for work and that there were 6 to 7 car ahead of me.. first let me s 11:30 and when I arrived I was told that two of the service guys did not show up for work and that there were 6 to 7 car ahead of me.. first let me say I understand that these thing happen but understand I drove 35 minutes to get to he Nissan place. Just saying it would have been nice to have known this before I drove that far and maybe given an option to change or come in a little later. I ended up changing my appointment until the next day because it was going to be such a long wait. So I had to drive back the next day.The service is usually very good, but was very disappointed this time about having to make two trips. More

The service department is fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are always courteous and respectful. They don't talk down to me or over my head like most repair shops do. They explain the problems that need to be fixed and will let me know what problems may be around the corner. I never feel like I'm being pressured into having something fixed that isn't actually broken. I have felt this way at other service departments in the past. These guys could fix your car blindfolded and the job would be done perfectly. They treat me as if I was part of their family. Thank you Jeremy and Jason for being honest, hardworking, gentlemen.
