service review I like the service dept. for years but this vist seemed un personal. Pulled out of service dept. and looked up no service sticker on windshield, Called and they said it might have fallen off. Looked in truck no sticker. Very important to me. I always like service dept. not this time. More

I received a follow up Email, in forming me that my timeline indicated my service was due, and a complimentary $25.00 discount. I went online, and for some reason, could not schedule an appointment for timeline indicated my service was due, and a complimentary $25.00 discount. I went online, and for some reason, could not schedule an appointment for the next day. Almost immediately , I received another email, appointment scheduled. When I arrived the next morning, I was greeted, promptly, and received very quick and excellent service. At least twice I was updated of statistics, and advised when service would be completed.
