My initial introduction to Sutherlin Nissan left me a bad impression. When the very nice service lady transferred me to the person who was going to assist me, he did not introduce himself . I asked his nam impression. When the very nice service lady transferred me to the person who was going to assist me, he did not introduce himself . I asked his name and he was very reluctant to give it to me (if these conversations are recorded, you should listen). He eventually gave me his name and became much more cordial. My vehicle was towed to Nissan and I signed paperwork for the cost to diagnose the problem. Tarick told me they close at 3pm on Saturday and I never heard another word about the status of my vehicle. On Monday, I received your astronomical quote. Tuesday I showed up unannounced with a tow truck to have my vehicle towed elsewhere. Tarick was furious!!! He started telling me how long it was going to take to get the vehicle and the paperwork ready. I told him the quote was ridiculous and he just kept repeating they are a dealership and they can charge whatever. I followed him to my car. Truthfully, I was afraid he might retaliate by doing something to my vehicle because of how angry he was. It took the service person all of 10 minutes to put the vehicle back together and get it over to the tow truck. When I got back inside, Tarick had the paperwork completed and I paid the astronomical diagnostic fee of $307.36. I was required to sign 3 spots and the gal assisting me seemed unsure as to why I was signing each spot. I am accustomed to getting a copy of anything I am required to sign, so I asked for a copy. Instead of simply removing the staple and feeding the document through the copy machine, the gal tediously folded the pages over and copied it page by page. When she was nearly finished, Tarick walked up and insisted I was not allowed to have a copy of the document I had signed, so I left. I have absolutely nothing good to say about my experience at Sutherlin Nissan. More
