They took advantage of a senior citizen! IN Addition it took for the customer to come out of character in order for them to place the new tires onto the vehicle ...... the new tires were purchased ON Nov 29th and the new tires were still not place onto the vehicle and on Dec 17 the rotated old used tires and they have yet to place the new tires onto the vehicle I am very uphauled with the situation and this point I would like my refund More
We are very pleased with our Nissan. On this last visit we needed an Oil and Lube as well as the 15 000 mile check up. Tarik who handled our order did an outstanding job. He was efficient , pleasant to work with and quite helpful. I hope he is the individual we work with the next time. I gave you a 4 star rating only because the tires were not checked for pressure and were low when we drove off. Also the car while washed (which we always appreciate) was not cleaned fully. The inside (front windshield and rear cargo area) appeared as though they had not been done. This was particularly noticeable since on previous check ups at Nissan everything was done 100%. I hope my straight forward comments are helpful. We greatly value your service and I know you want to be the best in the area. Thank you, James and Helen Cantwell More

I wanted to see Tony, service advisor; he was on phone snd was seen by another advisor. Did not get the same level of customer service as I did with Tony. Feel that he did not go above and beyond to see i snd was seen by another advisor. Did not get the same level of customer service as I did with Tony. Feel that he did not go above and beyond to see if anything was covered by warranty. Left paying a $2400 service bill and not confident in the level of customer service I received. I will no longer be taking my car there for service. More
