We went in with a dead battery on our 2020 Altima. We didn’t have an appointment, but the service consultant took us right away, offered us complimentary shuttle service to a nearby restaurant. While I was happy that they completed the work quickly, I was very unhappy with the price. When I made the appointment online, it said it was $136. When I questioned it, I was told the additional amount was tax..which it was not, but why not tell me that when the price was quoted. More
