I had to take my car in to look at a check engine light. They fixed a sensor but the light came back on. The real problem was fixed on the second time and with no extra charge. 2.5 hours for a oil change/ tire rotation and check a tire is not ideal. My car sat outside for a good 40 mins until I went to ask them when it would be done and I was told 15-20 mins. Steph is the most valuable employee there. I stopped getting work done at Sutherlin, because another employee made a mistake and almost had me do $500 worth of work I did not need to do. Never dealing with Nissan as a whole ever again. I’ve been getting the run around since I purchased my truck in Jan. I’ve already had to get a break clutch replaced, a new transmission and now a starter. My warranty was mysteriously cancelled after fixing the transmission and now they won’t try to fix my warranty to cover my starter. I purchased the extended warranty when purchasing my truck. Nissan is the worst. More
Very nice service consultant, Dianne. I really like the service depart here. However, the last two times I’ve been in for service, I was blindsided by sales people. The first time the guy called my name like they do when your service is complete. Took me to his desk and went into hard sales mode. He was even pitching me as I was walking away after I realized what he was doing. I was furious! If I want a new car, I know how to make that happen! The second time, it was a phone call from a man sounding all helpful and “how is your experience? By the way, we’re running a deal…”. I hung up on him. I have loved my Nissan but when I buy a new one it WILL NOT be from this dealership. Angels in one department, snakes in the other. More
