My service advisor, Stephanie Talbot, Mechanic Benjamin W., and the Service Manager Jerome Foster were amazing. I have had services done prior to this one and the experience I received with these 3 empl W., and the Service Manager Jerome Foster were amazing. They went above and beyond my expectations, and kept me in the loop with everything going on. These 3 employees are the definition of what excellent customer service is. I dealt with other service advisors and mechanics at this location that I had an satisfactory experience with, but Steph, Ben, and Jerome have not set the bar to an extremely high level with this last visit I had. Sutherlin Nissan of Fort Myers should be proud to know that these 3 employees are representing them.
