I had an appointment for an oil change tire rotation and to check my breaks.There were three clerks out so I had to wait to get checked in. I waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had new b to check my breaks.There were three clerks out so I had to wait to get checked in. I waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had new brakes done there a few months ago and the tension does not seem right. They say they are fine, but they do not feel right. Also, I told them my washer fluid leaks, and instead of fixing it, they told me how much it cost at check out. I could not wait any longer. I was disappointed in the service that was not done. And there was grease on my floor mat & steering wheel. I have been going to the Fort Myers location for many years now. I appreciated them getting me done by the time I needed to leave, but my problems were not fixed. More

I was in the dealership to replace a battery on the 2019 Nissan that left me stranded. The 2022 pathfinder Original salesman made the sales pitch but then didn't fulfil agreement. Chris replaced that person. I was told While I was signing the paperwork, that the selected vehicle was transferred to a dealership in Orlando. Another vehicle was available for more money. I did purchase that vehicle, but I left the dealership twice after driving 1 1/2 hours each way to get to Fort Myers. Chris was great. Ed was great. More
I had to take my car in to look at a check engine light. They fixed a sensor but the light came back on. The real problem was fixed on the second time and with no extra charge.
