Took the car in as fan did not work. Decided to wait for them to diagnose the problem before I knew whether or not to wait or leave. Was told 90 minutes. Nothing until I called to inquire. Was told they had car was ready. Nothing about what was wrong or the cost to fix. Communication was 0. I rated average because the car was fixed. More

Robert Sweesy was excellent. He knows what he's doing and I had no problems with him. Whoever was working on my car however needs to have his job reevaluated. A simple job turned into multiple trips to and from Nissan. All because they forgot to bolt back on some covers. They ended up falling off the bottom of my car and burning up because of the friction against the road. This caused me a lot of stress and I wasted a lot of time putting band aids on those wound. I thought Nissan was supposed to be top tier, What's stopping me from just going to Firestone instead. More
