I called to speak with Jimmy Epps- to set up another of appointment for my car.the lady on phone said he retired last Friday- I spoke to Jimmy Epps- he said he got terminated last Friday. Terrible experience at Sutherlin Nissan of Fort Myers today. Made appointment 2 days ago for oil change & tire rotation. Arrived today & was told my wait would be about 2 hours & the cost would be $ 11 today. Made appointment 2 days ago for oil change & tire rotation. Arrived today & was told my wait would be about 2 hours & the cost would be $ 114.21 even though I had a coupon for $59.99 oil change. Service writer said not to worry as they'll deduct coupon at payment but I should sign for the $ 114.21. He said there is a shuttle that could take me to my appointment in a few minutes. After waiting an hour for the shuttle, I was told the shuttle driver had to take an employee somewhere due to an emergency but should be back in 5-10 minutes. After an hour and a half the service writer asks me to follow him into the service bays presumably to show me how busy they were. I asked where my car was & he responded that it hasn't come in yet. Annoyed at having wasted an hour & a half, I asked for my keys so I could take it elsewhere. While waiting another 10 minutes for the retrieval of my keys, I went into the service manager Jerome's office to tell him of my bad experience. He seemed more concerned that the shuttle driver had not taken me rather than that they hadn't even brought my car in after what is now an hour & 45 minutes. No attempt was made to appologize or satisfy me. I'll take my car to Valvoline or Jiffy Lube from now on. And when it needs factory service I'll take it elsewhere. More
