Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed! I was scheduled for a oil change and tire rotation, but my tires were NOT rotated, again!! This now is the 2nd time in a row! I made it clear on the I was scheduled for a oil change and tire rotation, but my tires were NOT rotated, again!! This now is the 2nd time in a row! I made it clear on the phone when I scheduled the appointment, that my tires were NOT rotated last time, not sure why, and must be done until I can get new tires, as I know they are needed. The guy who checked me in was a smartass, and more worried about asking me why I brought both keys with me to the appointment. I explained to his numerous questions I wasnt staying in the lobby, so I brought the spare for them, and I had my other key with me, which is attached to my house key. Not sure why so many questions that were irrelavent to my appointment. He asked what I needed done today, I said oil change and tire rotation. I explained the tires were not rotated last time, he said the technician will put the better tires on the front. I was notified my car was ready, to arrive and notice the tires were NOT rotated. I pointed this out to the same guy who checked me in, he says "oh, the technician said you just need tires, so he didn't rotate them." My reply, "this is now my 2nd time coming for service, and now over 12,000 miles and the tires haven't been rotated." Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the customer service I received. I've purchased 4 Nissans since 2008, with warranties and I expect the warranty package I purchased, to be honored. Whoever the technician is, should NOT be allowed to determine what he wants to and not want to do. Not happy, not sure I'll continue with Nissan after this experience! More

I the pass I had a very good conversation with the service department this last time they didn’t send me a message than was going o. With my car I told the lady to do an specific service and because t service department this last time they didn’t send me a message than was going o. With my car I told the lady to do an specific service and because they couldn’t rotate my tires she authorize the service with out discount and with out me knowing I paid more that I was planning to pay communication is the key to keep the customers satisfied sorry in this case I was very upset after two hours waiting and paying more than expected More
We have leased three Rogues from NFM. This last time was the best. Not only did we get the car that we wanted at a price that we could live with but the people we worked with were great This last time was the best. I spent almost $10,000. On problem was the check engine message. 3 days after, the message came back. I took it there again and they wanted me to pay $2,700.!!
