Love the vehicle, horrible dealership would not by another vehicle there. Bought a new Lexus SUV last year. Love that dealership and their service. Check your records and see the problem I had last summer when my car was dented during an oil change, Painted with wrong color and a hassle to get a loaner. Dirty and disorganized in the service department. My recent service was a 2nd chance. The first time was a week ago and they wouldn’t honor the price of an oil change because I left the paper / cou My recent service was a 2nd chance. The first time was a week ago and they wouldn’t honor the price of an oil change because I left the paper / coupon at home. I came back this last Friday and had the paper with me. The advisor asked if I wanted the tires rotated and I said yes, if it is part of the oil and filter service. When I went to check out I was charged an additional $25 which I was not expecting. When I questioned the advisor, she deflected and would not acknowledge she could possibly be wrong. Additionally, the tire pressures were not updated and evened out. Seems like that would be part of the multi point inspection. More

I brought my vehicle into the service center by tow truck Friday at 1:30. Around 3 I arrived and told it hasn't been looked at. 4 comes around and I'm told I'm next. 4:30 I walk back and ask what was going o Friday at 1:30. Why aren't you able to look at it? Chris told me because my mechanics leave at 5:00. Well sir it's 4:30 what's the problem? Well they already seen 75 cars today. So is there a limit on how many cars you're able to see in one day? He had no comment and I was told they're going to get to it on saturday. I was leaving Friday night with my kids to take our summer vacation till Monday. Now I have to get a rental car which was provided from Enterprise. Saturday came around they finally looked at my car and it was a dead battery. A battery that I bought from you guys April 17th. They could have changed my battery within 30 minutes if that! I ended up having to pay for the extra 3 days for the rental. I don't think I should've had to pay for that. I'm extremely disappointed in how this was handled. The fact that I sat there and was told my car was going to be next and never was really upsets me. I wasn't nice at the end of the day I was really really mad! Can I please have a contact number of who I could talk to about this situation. I'm extremely unhappy! More
