! Took my vehicle in to be serviced, knowing it was due for servicing. It is a 2016 Rogue and I knew it needed things done. I would have liked to have a quote on what I was to spend.. I waited at dealersh for servicing. It is a 2016 Rogue and I knew it needed things done. I would have liked to have a quote on what I was to spend.. I waited at dealership for vehicle. When the rep came an got me, I got a bill for over $900. I wish they had told me what it was going to cost. I would have split things up. I did not expect that big a bill. More
Well first off they had the vehicle for a week no contact. I called after 1 week and was told my service advisor quit and the vehicle got forgotten about. Was called back an hour later and told the e contact. I called after 1 week and was told my service advisor quit and the vehicle got forgotten about. Was called back an hour later and told the engine needed replacement and they were waiting on Nissan approval. I stated are you sure sound like an ac compressor clutch is bad. Was contacted later that same day and told I fact ac compressor clutch was faulty. Picked up vehicle day or later. Upon pick up of vehicle the ac did not function. So this tells me. Our service advisor, Mike, took very good care of us. Brought our Pathfinder in with weird noises.
