Been using Sutherlin Nissan service for 10 years. This was by far the worst experience of any service center I’ve ever experienced. Had a 10am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. No problem. At the hour and a half point I got up to check out the new Armada. Been considering this purchase for a while. I spotted my Armada parked against the north fence. I went in to ask my service manager if my vehicle was finished. Now I’m pushing 2 hours at this dealership. I was told nothing had been done yet. I requested my keys and left. I will never set foot in this dealership again. Imagine that, to completely forget about a loyal customers vehicle? Unbelievable! More
