VERY poor customer service I was sold the Maintenace Agreement (oil change) at the time I purchased my car. From the very first oil change done at Naples Nissan (who did not acc I was sold the Maintenace Agreement (oil change) at the time I purchased my car. From the very first oil change done at Naples Nissan (who did not accept this program) I contacted Julio Forbes to cancel it and get reimbursed. Julio said he would send the cancellation paper work and bla bla bla. After 2 months I called him again (like 8 times) and at no avail I did drive all the way to Ft Myers and finally talked to him. This time Julio filled out some paper work and said the secretary would send out. I kept on calling, Julio never called back and no contract cancellation either. By now it's August 2016 and I drove again to see Julio, this time he fills out the paper work "again" but I got the originals and submitted them myself. Out of the $999 that I paid for the Maintenance Program" I received a credit of $144 because I'm out of time. This is totally unacceptable! I did everything and more to cancel this program, I was never advised it had a time limit or that Naples Nissan would not be in agreement with this program. Please Sutherlin Nissan, do the right thing! I did not use this program at all and Julio new of this from the very first time.. Please contact me and let me know you will make things right. The dealership was very accommodating for us and for our 2 children. It was comfortable as well. John Leone was our salesman and he treated both my husband and me like family! He made sure we were happy, comfortable, and most of all, he explained the entire process to us and made sure we understood everything. He got us into the car we wanted. Worst Car Buying Experience EVER I was having some engine issues. I had taken my car here once before for an oil change and they did great. I was in and out in no time, so I figured I I was having some engine issues. I had taken my car here once before for an oil change and they did great. I was in and out in no time, so I figured I'd take it back here to get the engine checked out. These guys were phenomenal. They figured out the problem right away and fixed it. Louis also found me as many discounts as he could, and i got the price guarantee for a new battery. Louis also knew I was next door at Jason's Deli and when he couldn't get a hold of me on the phone, he personally came over to tell me what was wrong with car. The repairs were going to take longer than I thought and I had a dental appointment to get to. The service was so great that Louis let me borrow his own personal car so I could get to my appointment while they finished my car. I had emailed the dealership the night before I came in. Someone called me back that night and gave me the name of the salesperson I would be meeting with the next morning and she said he would have the car I was interested in, waiting for me for a test drive up front by the showroom. I arrived the next morning and that salesperson(sp) couldn't help me because he was with another customer. (No problem, I can deal with that). He got another part time sp to help me until he was available. Apparently the person that I spoke to the night before, failed to deliver the message to the sp that I would be coming in that morning. The car I was interested in was NOT up front. The 2nd sp had to go and find it. After about 1/2 of an hour, he came back and said he wanted to let me know he hadn't forgotten about me, but that the car was parked behind two other cars. Another 1/2 hour went by and he finally came back with the car. We did the test drive and I was interested in the car. My daughter is retired military and was going to be on the title, so Sutherlin agreed to the military discount. We came to a verbal agreement, then I heard the salesman next to us ask a potential customer if they were a recent graduate in the last two years. My daughter graduated from college in 2015. I was told verbally they would accept that as well, as long as she could provide her diploma. I then had to leave for the airport to pick up my daughter. At this point in time I had already been there for 3 hours. When I returned from the airport, someone had decided that they could take her recent graduation discount, but now, all of a sudden, the military discount was denied because she hadn't been retired for 20 years. Why is it, 30 minutes prior, the discount was going to be taken and the 20 year retirement wasn't an issue?!? Although I tried to argue it, I got nowhere. However, that didn't stop the sp from taking a copy of her drivers license AND medical retirement card. Then the waiting began as we waited for a finance guy. The signing took maybe all of 30 minutes, we didn't end up getting out of there until 6:00. I was there for 7 1/2 HOURS!!! My husband was at work and wasn't with me when I bought the car, so I told the finance guy he would be back on Thursday. Well on Thursday he was getting ready to stop by, and I called the dealership for him letting the sp know that my husband was on his way. Given the extensive amount of time I was there, I didn't want my husband to have the same awful experience. After about 10 minutes, he came back on the phone telling me that finance guy was off and his drawer was locked and nobody but him had a key. Shawn had mentioned that he could possibly meet my husband half way the next day, but, no surprise, we didn't (and still haven't) heard from him. I had issues with sp2 with him not being able to tell me the difference between the different priced Versas and on top of everything, no one showed me how to operate the car. I guarantee I will NOT be purchasing another vehicle from Sutherlin! More
