05/12/2011 I went in for a regular oil change, they 05/12/2011 I went in for a regular oil change, they used Snythetic oil on the oil change which I had not been using prior to this Oil change withou 05/12/2011 I went in for a regular oil change, they used Snythetic oil on the oil change which I had not been using prior to this Oil change without even asking me. Being that it was my first time there since it was no longer Performance I should have been told, their response was as if I was making a big DEAL out of nothing I did not even get my car vacuumed, because they said no one was available to do so. I was used to being taken care of by Performance employees, I should not have had the same expectations! Anna Fierro More
