I have to say, there is no experience like being at your dealership. Walking into the service department didn't even feel like it was a service department. You're all very welcoming. I've been to 2 other Nissan dealerships for service before. The first here in Fairfield and the second, which I ended up not leaving my car at, was in Vacaville. And every time I walk into the Fairfield service dept., I feel like I'm walking into someone's body shop. The complete opposite of the feeling I had with you guys. Thank you very much for such a great experience. I'm seriously thinking about coming to you guys for all of my servicing needs. More
In 2007 we purchased 2 vehicles from Nissan of Elk Grove. We had the best service that I have ever received from a dealership. For years I would not go to a car lot because of the treatment. We had not had a car payment in 6 years or more and all 3 of our vehicles were paid off. When we decided to upgrade, my husband suggested we go to Nissan. (We already owned a Nissan truck; Infinity G20; and a Volvo). I am glad that I did. The sales person, Steve was so nice and helpful, what he did not know, he immediately found out for us. When we finally made a decision, the Finance Manager Sonny took over from there and he was fantastic. Not only is he good at what he does, he has a great personality. Needless to say our sale went through without a hitch. I pruchased a 2006 Passat. (Even though it was not a Nissan, I have had the same great service when needed) This was in June 2007 and in September we decided to trade in our Nissan truck for another one and we went back to Nissan of course and the same sales person was available and he and Sonny again performed their magic! We have a great 2005 Nissa Frontier truck. Both of our vehicles are great and everything that Nissan said they would do they did. When we go back for service it is almost amazing the treatment and service that we receive. Everyone in the service department has been great! Last but not least, I have a minor issue with my car hub cap, someone kick it and broke it, after replacing it twice it keep falling off. Michael, is aware of this issue and will get fix on next vehicle visit. Other than that, I am very happy to come from Vallejo to Elk Grove Nissan just to keep old custom going. #1. I was greeted quickly upon arrival and delivered the vehicle promptly upon my return. #2. None of the services is visible as they are mostly fluid changes, tire rotations, and inspections. She had an arrogant demenor. Insinuated that the outlet problems were caused by my own misuse of the plug power limitations. Stated we weren't charged for the repair because the service department was "nice to me". Overloading the DC connections isn't even mentioned in the owners manual.Cruz became defensive when I mentioned that traffic is worse in Elk Grove than in Natomas..??? #4. Only the complimentary rental makes this a 4 from a 3. #5. $500 is way too much for what was performed. I wish all the prices for recommended services were included in the original price quote. To add insult to injury a 20% off any service coupon was sent to me the day AFTER the service. A coupon that could have saved me $100!! More

I was disappointed with the quick lube service technicians. The oil change was done well, but the technicians left oil/grease spots on the driver's side carpet, on the back of the driver's seat a technicians.
