Well I was very satisfied with my service and I was ok with your request for a survey of my visit until you required me to do at least 250 characters. I am really pissed off by your requirement for this xxxx thing to be 250 characters. If you really give a xxxx about your customer and his time, don't require him/her to do 250 characters; that's is just rediculous. If you want me to ever reply again about my satisfaction of service, don't require me to meet a certain standard, ie 250 characters. The following was what I first thought: Very satisfying visit. My new 2009 Altima's power moonroof was making some kind of grinding sound when being closed so I brought it in to Nissan of Elk Grove to have it checked out. They determined that the moonroof panel needed of grinding sound when being closed so I brought it in to Nissan of Elk Grove to have it checked out. They determined that the moonroof panel needed to be changed. They ordered the part and got it within the week. They applied the new panel and the grinding sound was gone. Two notes: I had the timing belt, radiator, and water pump replaced. I forgot to ask for new fanbelts, which had to be removed and replaced to get to the timing belt and water pump. The mechanic noted worn out fanbelts on the receipt but Tina never mentioned it to me during several phone calls. Obviously I would have replaced the fan belts if I had been reminded, since they were part of the work being done. Second item: I requested the antenna be looked at. Apparently in examining it the antenna motor and mast were put in a state that caused a constant grinding noise when the ignition was on. It was loud enough that I am surprised the car was returned to us in that state. On the other hand, when my wife returned the car right after picking it up (she drove only a couple of blocks away), Tina offered to replace the antenna for the cost of the part (no labor), so in the end I give her credit for handling it well. More
In all my experience with service folks, incl. Mercedes and Lexus, Cruz has by far outshined them all. She is professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was good except I didn't receive a follow up call to let me know what was going on after I was told what needed to be done with my car. We change oil and my husband was watching the serviceman. He notice that the service staff was acting strange talking with his supervisor. When he was driving on the way some he notice something fell under the glob compartment. He found out that the intake filter clip was damaged and he was not informed about it although he was there at the time they fix our car. We thought it was dishonest even they fix by replacing the intake filter clip when my husband went back to complain. Hadn't he noticed it, we were left with broken intake and bear the cost. For that service alone we paid $146 to change oil and replace the filter. We are really disappointed considering we recommendeda friend and bought a car just 3 days before the service. More
