Ive been ordering parts form this dealership for many years and always had great service from Jason Morales. I drove an hour to this dealership due to an online ad for a vehicle priced at just under 4K. This was after emailing the dealership for more information, one question being, "Why is the price so low?" T for a vehicle priced at just under 4K. The emails I received left price out and invited me down to test drive the vehicle and trade mine in. I even received an email that I thought was directly from a salesman. Upon arrival, I was informed that the actual price was not as listed on the dealer's website or Autotrader.com, but actually 12K more. Even after informing Herb that I wasnt about to enter that price range, he afforded me the chance to change my mind with a test drive with negotiations afterward, if I liked the drive. Sure, why not, right? Before the test drive, I noticed some chips in the paint. Another disparity between what I saw and what was advertised. The posting explained, "The paint on this Titan LE is flawless; no scratches, no blemishes, no need to spend extra money on touch ups." With chips so deep in the paint that I could see the undercoat, not the glossy red, as well as a thumb print size touch up spot on the hood, I would not say there were no blemishes. Test drive went very well, with Herb directing me to the type of roads I wanted to drive on, and allowing for a long enough drive that I could actually get a feel for the truck. He was very courteous in allowing me to listen to the truck motor and road noise while driving. Even though I saw him holding on a couple times, he never complained. So we get back and I check the underbody. Decently clean, with some dry mud caked up and a little rust. Nothing compared to what I would expect from a 2004 truck that had been played with on occasion. Herb and I sit down to talk about numbers and my trade-in. Very generous for the trade, I will admit. It was previously appraised about $250 more than what Alliance would give me, but I was expecting that as well. My primary accolade for Herb was his eagerness and willingness to work with me to come to an agreement on a figure to get me out the door in the Titan. However, that brings me to my biggest complaint, second to the $12K disparity in price. After Herb and I come to an agreement, he talks to his manager, William Turner. Mr. Turner comes to the desk to talk to me about the offer. He flat refuses it, telling me that he cant go more than a hundred or two below the $15K price tag, and even going that much lower would be done begrudgingly. Next he tries to get me to finance. When I inform him I did not want to get into the $15K price range for a 9 year old truck, he tells me he is sorry for my time and offers to get me the keys to my car, telling me to call him if I change my mind. Now, I am not the best negotiator when it comes to auto buying, but I do know that to get to an agreement, you do have to flex a little. When the sales manager simply refuses to go more than $200 off the asking price of a 9 year old vehicle, negotiations are going to be hard to even enter into. I would love to have gone home with the Titan, but I am sorry to say, the biggest obstacle was your stonewall of a sales manager. I found it hard to believe he would so easily disregard all the time and effort his salesman had put into the sale, allowing the two hour round trip for me, to be a complete waste of time. More

We have used Alliance service since we we moved here. Over the pass two years we have been service by service person Beverly Pritchett. Beverly is the consumate professiona. Not only is she extremely customer friendly but she is adept at listening and solving our problem. I have never had an encounter with Beverly that left me less than 100% satisfied with the outcome. Because of her, I would highly recommend you service department to any of my friends and associates. She is truly what a customer oriented service person should be. A great car-buying experience. John was helpful without being pushy, informative without being long-winded. We weren't sure when we started that we really needed a new car (our old car was beginning to ha being pushy, informative without being long-winded.
