Clean, honest fast service. I was worried I would not be able to afford my 2006 Pathfinder crank shaft replacement at the service center. After confirming the diagnosis Nissan se I was worried I would not be able to afford my 2006 Pathfinder crank shaft replacement at the service center. After confirming the diagnosis Nissan service not only gave me an affordable estimate but also a year warranty on the repair. Also Service found 150.00 in coupons! My estimate was 875.00 my total with coupons was 751.00. Wahat a relief! More

Ace is the man! I have been coming to this Dealership ever since I bought my car. Incomprehensibly inept I leased a new vehicle in July. I traded in my old lease. Part of the deal was Nissan of DTLA would pay off my old lease. 4 months later, after an inc I leased a new vehicle in July. I traded in my old lease. Part of the deal was Nissan of DTLA would pay off my old lease. 4 months later, after an incessant amount of calls and visits from me IN PERSON, I am still sitting here in the lobby waiting for someone in finance to help me. The finance department has told me, multiple times, that the payment will be sent. Now my lease is in collections and my account has defaulted, causing my credit score to drop 100 points. Every time I show up they have a new story. “We switched owners” was the newest one. They even told me they would cut the check on Friday Nov 2nd, with me in front of them. HOURS LATER I asked to speak to someone and they said “she’ll cut the checks soon and send you a tracking number.” I gave them my email and said I’d be returning if I didn’t receive anything. Well, lesson learned... never leave without written confirmation of the deal they’ve offered you. The person who sold me the lease is Enrique Gonzalez. He no longer works here, surprising. He now goes by Kike Gonzalez. Beware. More
