Underwhelming experience My ignorance of dealerships and financial institutions you partner with was abused and taken advantage of. Jade, A car salesman of this facility took My ignorance of dealerships and financial institutions you partner with was abused and taken advantage of. Jade, A car salesman of this facility took advantage of me and my husband. He used a catch saying that the banks in which we have our auto loans are taking their cars back due to the financial crisis in regards to Covid-19. He also said that the banks would eventually repossess the vehicles and auction them off. They sold me a new car with that promise. On Monday morning March 23, 2020 I contacted Bank of the west in which I have my auto loan, and I was informed that is simply not true. I walked into the facility Saturday afternoon with a VIP appointment, March 21, 2020 with my husband, after receiving a text from a finance manager that informed me that I have a high interest rate and payment on my previous vehicle and they were going to help me lower those payments. The facility was packed with victims and not valued customers. They aren’t even honoring the ordinance to have less than 10 people gathered in one place. If they do not honor their government officials, they are not going to honor the customers. Now I have two vehicles, now I am stressed out. I trusted this company and I was let down. Thanks for taking advantage of your fellow Americans during times of crisis. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Car salesman are notorious for taking advantage of the ignorance of individuals who put their full trust in them... I am a 43-year-old grown man that’s been crying like a child... TSK TSK TSK! More
