Car mechanics, let alone those of an electric car are all but familiar so it was a breath of fresh air when Ace broke everything down for me, from the numbers to what each part of the service affects the car. Everything was clear and transparent. Ace was also very easy to contact when he was in the office and was glad to refer me to someone who could help me out when he wasn't in. More
Horrific Experience that STILL has not been solved! Horrific experience. Nothing was being solved until I involved the manager. Now 4 days after still nothing. They sold me a car and then they told me to return it. When I asked what was going on? They responded with, “all you need is a “co-signer”. I got someone to co-sign for me and the finance “Manager” when on vacation (without solving the issue first). Calls, text messes and voice mails were NEVER answered. NEVER! Then after I got them the co-signer they said that my co-signer could not help. They told me I had to return the car AGAIN. (I had moved to Florida by now. I bought the car in California). I agreed! They said they were going to “take care” of their car and I was to take care of mine. (Meaning I had to ship mine to Florida and they were going to xxxx theirs to California). After an endless amount of text messages and calls they said that they were trying to get me approved once more. Then again… they said that I was not approved so the car had to be returned but they NEVER gave me instructions as to how that was going to happen. I called and emailed the dealer directly. Thats when the general manager got involved. I received a call from the Salesman who sold me the car and was told by the woman that the manager (Sam) was not on the call. Eventually the manager (Sam) who was “not there” jumped into the call and said: “we need the address of where the car is and we need it within the next 15mins”. In less than 5 minutes I responded to them (over text) with all the information they asked for and images of the car. 4 days later the car is still in Florida and I have no instructions as to what to do with the car. More

We bought a car on Saturday and we’re told to go to lunch and we could get our car in the afternoon but possibly Monday. After not hearing anything on Monday and many calls to the dealer’s sales manager, Ge and we could get our car in the afternoon but possibly Monday. After not hearing anything on Monday and many calls to the dealer’s sales manager, George Nino, I was told that there was more than just a quick break check and I found out that they had sold us our car without having it serviced or passed its own Nissan Used Car inspection. After an apology and a promise that the car would be ready and delivered the next morning, again, the next morning I did not get a response back from the sales manager after many calls, and I was finally able to get a hold of the service department whom did everything to inform me of what was happening with the car and when it should be ready. Our sales person Javier, was great, and he came in on his day off to deliver our car late in the afternoon on Tuesday. We never heard back from George Nino, not an apology, not a clear answer, and was a complete coward. Their sales contract said that the day we signed our contract should have been the day they gave us our car. They didn’t keep their end of the bargain, and we didn’t get our car until 4 days later. This was extremely disappointing and we would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Nissan’s name is tainted by people like George Nino and the deceitful tactics that they used at this dealership. More
