This has been the WROST service and experience I have ever had or received and I have a corporate account I can only imagine how they treat others. I brought my Nissan here for some service & Repair and ever had or received and I have a corporate account I can only imagine how they treat others. I brought my Nissan here for some service & Repair and every single time the issue and service got worse and worse. I pay for a service I could of taken it to Midas or any Muffler shop or even another Nissan Dealer but I brought it here because I Figured a dealer like this (Professional looking) would be able to take care of the issue with NO problem, (WRONG) 1st Repair they didn’t have the parts and I had to get the parts from an outside dealer (that was fine I needed then fast anyways) Then after they installed the new parts they charged me for Extra parts & Gaskets that Came with the New parts Boxes only because the installer was in such a hurry they didn’t bother to check inside that was okay it was only $33 Dollars. THEN 2nd time the Parts were rattling and making noise so bought the Nissan back to the deals the installer got under the Vehicle and used a bar (Metal Pipe) to bend things around not sure if that considered maintains or adjustment the rattling did go away for a few weeks. THEN CAME the 3rd time at this point the parts were rattling and making a noise like I was hauling pipes around and the Oxygen sensors (Bank 1 & 2) were going off. So before I decided to take it to Back the Nissan Dealer (Return 3) I took it to a muffler shop for inspection and they explained to me that the pipes were not tighten correctly and there was a Gasket Missing (Remember I was charged extra for these) and the installer had Bent one of the parts with the pipe that may have now caused it to make that worse noise or malfunction. I’m not a mechanic or a muffler installer or inspector I take my vehicle to places were I pay for a service where I image they are charging what they charge me to get the job done correctly because they have trained ASE employees. SO NOW the 3rd Return at this point there now blaming me for not buying the parts there and telling me they don’t warranty other PART and they now noticed that supposedly those don’t fit (WHAT) and now what to charge me EVEN more money to buy the parts there and have everything all redone because they didn’t catch the error the first time. I pay for a service and a result that included consultation and recommendations if they would have said those parts weren’t going to fit at the beginning I would have gone back to the other dealer and made them exchange them. It’s like me bring 17 inch rim tires to have them installed on my 15 inch rims would they of just installed them just to do the work? Now they have damaged the other parts making them unreturnable and have cost me labor and service and parts and even lose of time. At this point I have to contact the B.A.R (Bureau of Automotive Repair) and my credit card company and consumer affairs just to see if this can get this resolved. Don’t trust this Nissan Dealer Avoid it go anywhere else but here save your money and time you’re only asking for problem with this Nissan Dealer and right now (Covid-19) with all that’s happening every can’t afford to be with our their car and paying for faulty repairs and services that cost you even more money. don’t make the same mistake I did and don’t take the change of losing and cost you extra money More

Advertisements from website were not offered or once asked about was told was not available. Website advertised free Uber; was told Uber system was not available; no alternative was offered. Also websit asked about was told was not available. Website advertised free Uber; was told Uber system was not available; no alternative was offered. Also website showed car could be dropped off at home and was told that service is rarely available. Miscommunication on how to receive services, was told to remain in the car after having to get out to find a representative; this happened to several customers. More

I had a 7am appointment yesterday and arrived right on time to tons of other cars waiting in line onto the street blocking traffic. I called to make sure I’d still be seen and was assured I would. I waite time to tons of other cars waiting in line onto the street blocking traffic. I called to make sure I’d still be seen and was assured I would. I waited an hour in my car before I was helped. An hour wait with an appointment to me is unacceptable. I finally left at 8:30am. 6 hours later, I hadn’t heard from the dealership. My service engine light was on and I just needed to get a diagnosis, no work done. I called and got an update that my diagnosis was done. I wonder how much longer I would have waited had I not called. I came to pick my car up because the quote was too high. While I was waiting for my paperwork to be finished, several people with appointments walked in expecting to be helped. Two different employees told them that they were at capacity for the day and could not be helped. These customers said they had appointments. And these same employees told them to ignore the online appointment setting tool (that I also used) and that it was first come first serve. This is clearly not professional or fair. Why is the appointment setting system even up if your downtown location is not honoring them? I personally would be furious for wasting my time and gas showing up to be told this garbage excuse. They are taking the first however many cars that show up at 7am and screwing the rest of the people who have made appointments. They are operating a first come first serve system that is insufficient- I waited almost 8 hours to get my diagnosis. This needs to be fixed by corporate. Doesn’t it make sense to keep appointments so that you can manage time better? If not, you need to disable the appointment setting feature online and announce that it’s first come first serve. The unprofessionalism at this dealership is astounding. My service rep Samuel was friendly and great, but this just was not an ideal experience at all. More
