I go ta Bad customer service, I purchased a car 10 months ago, I had an issue with my car and the Manager ask me to bring the car to the dealership. I go take the car and he just says, oh sorry we cant do anything today come back tomorrow! Why did he ask me to take the car if he couldn't do anything until the next day. So unconsidered I work had to go out of my way to get there for nothing. When they should make sure customers receive everything needed for the car at time of purchase. More

I am never coming back to this location again. Every I am never coming back to this location again. Every single time I have come to DTLA, I have waited hours for something that should take 30 minute I am never coming back to this location again. Every single time I have come to DTLA, I have waited hours for something that should take 30 minutes. The first time was to finance my car; I was there for 5 hours (somewhat understandable but honestly, that is still ridiculous)... The next time, was for my scheduled smog check. I was there for 2.5 hours.. (i was promised on the phone that I would be there for absolutely no longer than 1 hour, and to be clear, there was nothing wrong with the car) Then, I make a 4pm appointment for my first service/oil change, I arrive at 3:30; I waited 4 hours.... I tried one last time for an oil change 5 months later.. I make a 6:30am reservation. I arrive at 6:25, the place is closed. I go get coffee, come back, and they would not honor my reservation. So they put me 6th in a line of cars saying “I should have waited” when I had arrived. And they tell me I will likely have to wait 2 hours. So, I left, and I will never go back. To me, it's simple.. Don't offer reservations if you will not honor them. People make appointments and reservations because they often have work or family obligations. I can't sit around and waste hours of my day to get an oil change. More

Scheduled an appointment for 10:30. Was seen at 10:55 (there was no system to see if you actually had an appointment, it was just first come first serve regardless). During COVID, the person I was workin (there was no system to see if you actually had an appointment, it was just first come first serve regardless). During COVID, the person I was working with wasn't wearing a mask properly while we were indoors. There was no social distancing. When I was informed the wait would be 2.5-3 hours, and I said that I had reserved a rental car, they told me they were out of rental cars. I don't care that they were out of rental cars, but if you aren't going to have them, why is that an option on your website?? Same with the whole "having an appointment" idea. Why promote these on your website if you aren't going to follow through. When I was told there weren't rental cars, I was told I could either wait or reschedule (because "scheduling" worked so well in the first place). The guy I worked with didn't even seem to care. Not even an apology or an acknowledgement that I had a valid point. In short, I will not be going back. And if you do choose to go, don't bother setting an appointment. More
Recently I got a 2019 RT challenger, after the paperwork they took it to the car to “wash” before I left the lot. They came back to tell me they messed up my roof, paint was chipped and roof was bend in. Th they took it to the car to “wash” before I left the lot. They came back to tell me they messed up my roof, paint was chipped and roof was bend in. They did fix it after a week of owning it. They promised me a rental car meanwhile my car was at the shop. As I’m in the process of getting a rental they told me I have to be 21 to get a rental. I don’t understand how they can sell me a car but not give me a rental after telling me I’m going to get one. I was on foot for a few days More
