The Service technicians and repair technicians are amazing I was towed to the dealership, and right away a Service Technician (Dennis) assisted me in getting my car looked at on a Friday afternoon. He was ver I was towed to the dealership, and right away a Service Technician (Dennis) assisted me in getting my car looked at on a Friday afternoon. He was very thorough and courteous and explained everything to me in detail. I wasn't happy with the repair costs but Dennis and the Repair technician explained all the charges. I was disappointed in the Sales guy, he was supposed to get back to me a possible trade-in value for my car, but didn't do that. Other than that, dealership is on top of everything and I even got a nice lunch when I picked up my car to drive back home to San Jose. More
