I had a terrible experience with Nissan of Downtown LA. I feel completely deceived. The dealership made a misleading contract in which, due to their own error, they listed the wrong model of the truck I pu I feel completely deceived. The dealership made a misleading contract in which, due to their own error, they listed the wrong model of the truck I purchased. When I discovered the issue in the paperwork, I went back to the dealership immediately. They brushed it off like it was nothing. After I stated I would take legal action, they sent me a signed letter canceling the contract and instructing me to return the vehicle. But when I followed their instructions and brought the truck back, they told me everything was fine and refused to honor the cancellation. The entire process was incredibly unprofessional. José Escobar, the person who handled my contract, provided awful service. I hope my legal action results in serious consequences for this type of dishonest behavior. More
