We worked with Bobby, the sales person who has assisted us in getting the best pri We have recently purchased 3 vehicles from Dearborn All-Pro Nissan. We worked with Bobby, the sales person who has assisted us in getting the best price. She was so nice to us before we closed the deal but once we closed the deal, she started ignoring us and was frustrated to answer our questions or take calls. Manager Walter was so arrogant and defensive with us. we were thinking to cancel our orders and just then, GM John has helped us by resolving the issue. He has totally understood our situation and made us feel comfortable to do business with them. Bobby and Walter have asked us to accept their apology, But I really feel they should have more patience and respect towards any customer. The customer might ask 1000 questions and may not understand what you are saying, but you have no right to yell at them. I did not want to write this review on them but I do not want them to repeat this with any customer and I hope they will go through my review. Apart from this, All pro Dearborn is the best stop to get your dream car for the best price. If you don't get a good response from Sales person or manager, try to talk to GM or someone else and I bet you can get the best deal in the city.
