i don't recommend this place to anyone I really don't recommend that place to anybody for what happened with me they treat customers in a disrespectful way and you have to call them se I really don't recommend that place to anybody for what happened with me they treat customers in a disrespectful way and you have to call them several times to arrange you an appointment and every time I leave my phone number and name to call me back but no one called me until I called them again to request for an appointment every time i called them to ask about a rental they told me that there is no rental available until one day when I suggested to talk to someone else to see if it is available or not and suddenly there was one to rent above all of that the employee who dealt with make you feel that you are not welcomed and she doesn't want to help with anything she even didn't introduce her self or told me her name and she wanted me to arrange the rental myself from her phone from rental company and to ask about the rate of that day she called the company and pass the phone over to me and i didn't know that she wants to arrange the whole thing although when I called them to set an appointment the said to me that we arranged a rental for you after what happened to me and what I felt I canceled everything and I don't want to be in a place I don't feel no one wants to help you at the end, i don't recommend this place to do anyone More

Warranty fraud Hi I'd like to share my experience with All pro nissan. Adrian was the only highlight at the dealership seem like the only person with honesty and I Hi I'd like to share my experience with All pro nissan. All downhill After that we waited almost 2 hours to see the finance and insurance people When we get the price of the car was wrong she agreed to reprint the paperwork which gave her plenty of time push her warranty. The wife and I told her we were not intrested and any warranties credit life credit health or anything of the sort. She then told us she was going to include the warranty for free. After a couple of days we check the paperwork only to find out her free warranty cost us $2380. Very deceptive and fradulent business practice that I will be discussing with a lawyer further. I only hope other people see this review and check their paperwork to see how much they're free warranty cost them. More

Lease nightmare This has been the worst experience I have ever had with buying/leasing a car. From the moment I walked into the dealership and had to wait for a very This has been the worst experience I have ever had with buying/leasing a car. From the moment I walked into the dealership and had to wait for a very inexperienced salesman, to the day I picked up the car has been a nightmare. I should have trusted my gut and walked. The paperwork went ok but the day I picked up my car he handed me an iPad and said here, this tells you all about your car. When I asked him if it showed what options come on the car, he had no idea. Then, when he pulled the car up, he still didn't know. I found out later at home it came with the automatic foot opener for the hatch. Then to top things off, it has taken them 3 MONTHS to PAY OFF my old lease. I was told by the salesman it was taken care twice. When I called and asked for the GM they said he was busy and would return my call, which never happened. When I called back a few days later they said they would connect me to Samar Salame in Finance who NEVER called me back either. I finally had to call the All Pro in Macomb and complain. Then when they finally did pay my old lease off they subtracted the money I had paid on my over milage. Leaving me the balance. I would NEVER EVER buy from them or recommend them to my worst enemy. Lease Vehicle Purchase review I bought my Lease vehicle 2014 Nissan Rogue SV from Suburban Nissan Troy and after completing 3 years of Lease decided to buy it. Since i move to Cant I bought my Lease vehicle 2014 Nissan Rogue SV from Suburban Nissan Troy and after completing 3 years of Lease decided to buy it. Since i move to Canton area i wanted to look for dealer-ship near by to process by Lease Buyout- I started to look around for best dealer, went through lot of review, friends suggestion and personally given a visit to dealer-ship. Finally decided All Pro Nissan because of - Amir Al-Homoudi : Awesome Sales guy who convinced me that this dealer-ship will ensure smooth transition. Amir was very helpful & spent enough time with me in answering all my queries, He did also walk me though various details like Vehicle coverage, Insurance policy and Bank loan details. I was able to get Bank finance of 1.99% through this dealer. Personally I was very happy to choose All pro Nissan as a dealer and Amir as my Sales person. He is well equipped to handle all queries and is very dedicated to customer service with no rush to sell CARS. Also i met another service team member Bill who was very soft spoken and took great care for my Nissan car detailing along with pick and drop to my company using shuttle. In short i am very happy for now to have All pro Nissan as my Dealer !!! - - More

What a joke!!! I can't believe I have to go through this again!!! Highly disappointed, I came to a verbal agreement with the Sales manager for their discrepancy and I can't believe I have to go through this again!!! Highly disappointed, I came to a verbal agreement with the Sales manager for their discrepancy and he failed to deliver. Long story short I was supposed to get all weather floor mats for my 2014 Altima and $100 to cover for the time I lost while they were repairing a radio that was supposed to be working to begin with (CPO). Anyways, I was provided with the incorrect all weather mats because the design does not match the floor layout. I was told they stopped making the all weather floor mats for that year, really??? In regards to the money, they Sales manager said he mailed the check to me, that sounded a bit suspicious to begin with, how come they could not just hand me the check? I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He said call me if you don't get it in a couple of days. Guess what, I didn't get it, I did my part in following up but just like last time, their lack of follow up is stellar! Now, it's been at least a couple of weeks and still nothing. Way to go in regaining your customer's TRUST! At this point I don't care if I get the check or not but the fact is you have lost me as a customer and will gladly share my bad experience with anyone. Very quick to take my money but very slow to make things right!!! More

The sales manager Adam and finance manager Chris were awesome. They were able to give me a great deal and even had an employee personally drive the car to my front door.
