BEST DEALERSHIP ,SALESPERSON, MANAGEMENT, BEST DEALERSHIP ,SALESPERSON, MANAGEMENT, SERVICE, CAR BUYING PROCESS "EVER!!!!!" Out of the three previous dealerships I've visited BEST DEALERSHIP ,SALESPERSON, MANAGEMENT, SERVICE, CAR BUYING PROCESS "EVER!!!!!" Out of the three previous dealerships I've visited, this one knocked it out of the park and scored a home run! Esam Nemer had sealed the deal within the first 10 minutes of entering the dealership. My Fiance and I were greeted by Esam upon entering the dealership, I immediately saw the Pathfinder I wanted in the color I wanted and we told Esam what we were working with, and if he could do the deal for our price out the door, it was a done deal. We did the paperwork, talked to Finance Manager Chris Dugan (who kept us laughing while we signed the papers), and Esam had the car driven off the showroom floor and washed and buffed. Esam also gave us an overview of the car, switched our plates and let us leave our original Pathtinder on the lot while we took the new Pathfinder out for a drive. We also met Matthew Kuula who also extended his availability to us when ever we had any questions. Esam Nemer deserves more than a 5 star rating. I can't say enough about All Pro Nissan. Everyone at this dealership was professional yet very personable. I've been recomending All Pro and Esam to everyone who has stopped me and commented on my Pathfinder and where I got it. When we want another Pathfinder, we'll definitely be back, Esam! More

Even had his boss call us back, and he basically called us liars and backed his salesman. He finally conceded that there might have been a “miscommunication.” Shameful, shameless liars. More

She was patient with the options I was looking for and offered the best deals going on at the dealership. I have been to atleast 6-7 different dealerships around and my experiences with the sales contacts at other dealerships have not been that great. Great deals, and better service! The dealership is wonderful, and I actually had a previous lease from a different sales person. When it came time to return that lease I found out my The dealership is wonderful, and I actually had a previous lease from a different sales person. When it came time to return that lease I found out my previous salesperson had left and I was referred to Z by Chris Dugan in management. Z is one of the nicest people I have ever worked with at a dealership and after both working in one myself, and stopping at about 500 in the past month that is saying something. She always went above and beyond to help make sure that I got anything I wanted in the car buying process, even offering to get me and my family anything from the customer lounge, like coffee or water, just to save us the short walk. Between her, Chris, and Mike we were able to find the perfect vehicle, trim level, mileage, and monthly payment to get me out of my old lease and into a new one. The only issue I have about how quick the process was, is that I enjoyed my time talking with Z and didnt want to leave once paperwork was signed, although I would gladly seek her out for a conversation any time I find myself back at the dealership. And to further sum upo how far above and beyond Z went to help make sure I got the vehicle I wanted, when I wanted it, I asked her around 8:30PM when she was scheduled to leave and she let me know she was meant to leave at 6, and even had an hour to travel in inclement weather, but she still stayed and didn't even mention her own situation until I asked. Wonderful person, wonderful salesperson, wonderful dealership. I definitely can't see myself wanting to work through anyone other than Z for any future deals I want to work out at All Pro. More

Throughout my time there, Trisha Wais, the customer loyalty manager, treated me with kindness and respect. She was in a positive mood and radiated friendliness throughout my interactions with her. Her treatment of me and her genuine spirt demonstrates that she realizes that she recognizes how imperative it is for her to foster good relationships with the customer. I hope she is well appreciated by her supervisor and coworkers. Next time I need to schedule maintenance I will do my best to reach out to her because I know she’ll be attentive to my needs and brighten my day. More
