Folks at registers / counters are not bothered about the customer. They are on phone and not bothered about customer waiting at their desk and at least not sending to others who are idle and just making us customer. They are on phone and not bothered about customer waiting at their desk and at least not sending to others who are idle and just making us to wait for indefinite time. Post service, they are not even bothered to talk on observations/ recommendations to fix the findings. They are not considering any available coupons too. Hope you fix these things for better customer experience. More
