Folks at registers / counters are not bothered about the customer. They are on phone and not bothered about customer waiting at their desk and at least not sending to others who are idle and just making us customer. Post service, they are not even bothered to talk on observations/ recommendations to fix the findings. They are not considering any available coupons too. Hope you fix these things for better customer experience. More

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I pulled into the service entrance a gentleman escorted me to the counter where I checked in. Another gentleman at the counter chec rotation. When I pulled into the service entrance a gentleman escorted me to the counter where I checked in. Another gentleman at the counter checked me in and I made myself comfortable in the waiting area. It was under an hour when my service needs were met to include replacing the battery in my car key.
