I went down to Orange Coast Nissan without an appointment. My a/c wouldn't turn off. I left it there overnight. Wyatt was a great help and very professional. After inspecting my 2016Rogue Iit nee appointment. My a/c wouldn't turn off. I left it there overnight. Wyatt was a great help and very professional. Recommended what I needed and only what I really needed and encouraged me to do the work on my next visit rather than forcing me or harassing me to do it like other places have. Truly cares about my car, my service and my financial ability to pay for services. I know I don’t have to worry about someone trying to trick me into getting work don’t I don’t really need yet. I got to my appointment and they quickly took care of me. The facilities were very clean and all staff very welcoming. Definitely going back for my next recommended service. More

I felt well taken care of, especially by Jaime as usual! Only reason for lower rating is the price was so far beyond what I typically pay & it was something I genuinely did not have the money for. I was pre-warned of pricing so it’s my fault for accepting the offer just because I'm used to being assisted financially when I am in the office with the receptionists at the service desk. I will not do drop off service again so I ensure any financial assistance conversations can be had in person prior to my accepting any services. Additionally I am unable to recommend the Dealership itself because this is not where I purchased my car. I am however able to recommend the Service Center at this dealership for they have always taken good care of me. More
