Got the old bait & switch game! I am helping my 78 year old mother buy a car. Saw an ad on Autotrader for a Nissan Rogue SV. Printed and we went to dealership and met with Salesman I am helping my 78 year old mother buy a car. Saw an ad on Autotrader for a Nissan Rogue SV. Printed and we went to dealership and met with Salesman, Oscar Alvaraz. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We drove the car that I had seen in the ad (confirmed stock/vin number) However, after driving the car and sitting down to talk numbers, he informed me that the price listed in Autotrader ($21,388) was an error and the price of the car was $25,000. When I showed him the ad, he said they couldn't be responsible for third party error. He took my copy of the ad to his manager, who then came out and confirmed they could not sell the car for the price listed (and my printed copy never returned) and tried to sell me a newer model. It was a clear BAIT & SWITCH!! It was insulting and a waste of our time. I would not recommend this dealership or ever return. More

Crooks! Bait and Switch Scam At the end of January 2017 I was ready to purchase a used car. I had been pre-financed through a large and reputable company. I enlisted my brother-i At the end of January 2017 I was ready to purchase a used car. I had been pre-financed through a large and reputable company. I enlisted my brother-in-law to help with shopping. He did some leg work on the computer and found a great deal online. We called Orange Coast Nissan to verify they still had the car in the online ad. "Yes, come on down" they said. So off we went to Costa Mesa to get the deal. An hour later we arrived and although the car was there, the great price was nowhere to be found online. We thought, maybe we made a mistake? So we negotiated a new deal and five hours plus later, drove off. Once we got home, again an hour later, there on the computer screen is the webpage showing the great price we'd seen! So they pulled a bait-and-switch, but because we didn't close the webpage, it was there waiting for us to print it! We called the dealer and they said they'd honor the advertised price (webpage had the VIN clearly matching the car I just purchased). Off we go to re-do a contract and again after an hour drive and three hours in their showroom, a new contract was signed and they even promised an extra electronic key for the time and hassle. It is now end of May 2017 and not only did I never get the key, I haven't received my license plates and guess what this shady dealer did??? They submitted the ORIGINAL CONTRACT to my finance company!!!!! I tried to tell the finance co. I have emails and copies of the bait-and-switch and the NEW signed contract, but they would not accept it. Now I've had to contact consumer reporters with my local TV stations to ask for help, because these thieves NEVER submitted the sale to the State if California. Stay as far away from this place. Crooks, liars, swindlers... a bunch of thieves. More
Excellent customer service I loved this dealer because of their promotional Advantage oil package. Today I learned it expired and they no longer have the promotion, however they I loved this dealer because of their promotional Advantage oil package. Today I learned it expired and they no longer have the promotion, however they still have the best prices. Everytime I return I am helped right away and every employee ensures that i am completly satisfied. They compensate for the wait with great coffee, popcorn, wifi, and even provide chargers. I've been here 3 times and will continue to come back when i'm in town because Orange Coast Nissan truly keeps their customer promise. They have truly exceededy expectations! More
