I came into the dealership with questions about Nissan SUV's. This was the first dealership of what I thought would be at least a handful of stores that I would visit in my search. After assessing my preferences, Alan and his team felt that a late-model Honda Pilot would be the best fit for my needs. After a test drive the next day, a night to sleep on the decision and some research through Consumer Reports, they were spot on. I bought the car today, 2 days after my first visit. I never visited another dealership. Alan was personable, professional, and very easy to work with. Supported by Eric (management) and the business office staff, they were efficient, helpful, and very easy to work with. I plan on returning here for service, expecting that the rest of the Nissan of Cool Springs family embodies the same character and respect that I saw in Alan and his colleagues.
