Derrick St. John, arranged for the tinting of windows of our new car,& said a loaner car would be available to us while the service was being done. On the day of service, we were early for our appointment time, as we had stopped in another town to do an errand on the way to the dealership. Derrick stepped right in, in his professional & efficient manner and took care of us. We appreciate the work of those behind the scenes who made our loaner car available. The help of the receptionist when we turned the loaner back in is also appreciated. Once again, we received excellent friendly service and care at Nissan of Cookeville...Thank-you Derrick! More
Poor customers experience I bought a van from you guys and then my alitma in 2011 both brand new. Cookeville Nissan was the only one I let service either of them. My 2 yr ni I bought a van from you guys and then my alitma in 2011 both brand new. Cookeville Nissan was the only one I let service either of them. My 2 yr niece and infant nephew was with me when I got my oil change and when we was coming out of bathroom her little finger got caught in hinge side of the door and the end of her finger was just hanging on. I had to take her to emergency room to get it sown back on and no one called and checked on her. But I still came back for oil changes My back window wouldn't roll up with button on back door but would roll down but the driver can roll it up. I had extended warranty and it just went out month or so but sorry can't help you it just cost you. Then on Monday, I called about my alitma. The person I talked wasn't any help and really didn't care. My car was locked up and I couldn't get into. I had both keys fobs with manual key in the but neither one would open the door. The manual key should work but don't. So now I'm locked out of my car with no way to get in it. The response was you need to get tow into us. Not I see why I can find out and call you back. Also all you care about is under warranty, sorry it's not. I bring my car in for oil change yesterday and thought maybe just maybe face to face with someone help me fix my manual key but wrong it just cost 114 to just see what's going on. I understand how warranty works but I also know a dealership can do whatever they need to do to help a customer out. I mean this place keeps sending me letters wanting me to trade my car in or sell me another car. But who wants to buy a car from someone who wont help you with what you already have. I have 2 sons one turning 16 in Aug and one turning 15 in Jan both going to need a car. But Nissan wouldn't be where I would even look at one for them. More

Terrible service department Drove to Cookeville for an Express oil change, about 45 minutes from home,and told unable to perform it.Last oil change took over 2.5 hrs. Previous se Drove to Cookeville for an Express oil change, about 45 minutes from home,and told unable to perform it.Last oil change took over 2.5 hrs. Previous service for an air conditioner problem took 3 trips for them to repair the problem. They were unable to find the leak in the condenser,which my husband found for them when he located a piece of road debris which was very visible. WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME RETURNING TO THIS DEALERSHIP! More
If your smart you won't step foot on this lot We can honestly say this is the worst car lot ever. We brought one of their demo's, it had 9000. miles on it. Full factory warranty and we purchased extended warranty. When we brought it the big seller point never been wrecked or titled. And showed us a car fax saying the same, little did we know it wasn't On the truck we where buying. After the truck was back there 5 times the 1st year, for the same problem. we cut our losses and trade it. This is when we found out, it had been wrecked. We traded under 36000. Miles show you how much it was on the road and it was still under the factory warranty. Now 3 months later we are still trying to get the refund for the extended warranty. We keep getting told it should be there in two weeks, now 3 months out. Please before going check consumer reports . More

I tried to talk to a manager but one wasn't there that day and all they could say was there so sorry so now my brand new truck that I'm paying dearly for is scratched up cause of careless piece of xxxx people that are working just for a paycheck. Having a problem with the air bag light, and on the 4th visit , this guy wants a debit or credit card and proof of insurance so he can rent us a vehicle while he services ours, this after he told me what day to bring my truck and that THEY would get us a rental so they could take mine home to be sure it was fixed. Now, my air bag light is STILL flashing , they want to put 165 miles on my truck AND they want me to pay for a vehicle to drive while they play with mine, I don`t think so. I`ll be sure and tell one of my family members that, if I have a wreck and the air bag deploying WOULD have saved my life , and since they can`t or won`t fix it, then here is a copy of my obit for you to keep and thank you for NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
