Nissan of Cookeville - Service Center

My husband and I just bought our vehicle and the next day I was out working (I'm a delivery driver) and came back to my car and forgot I locked it. Well, I opened the door and the alarm went off, well that's I was out working (I'm a delivery driver) and came back to my car and forgot I locked it. Well, I opened the door and the alarm went off, well that's not supposed to happen. So we went back to Nissan and explained the situation. They were wonderful and booked us an appointment to have it looked at. Dropped our car off the next day and they fixed it, FREE of charge. I now have a car that locks. No hassle whatsoever! Everyone was great and friendly and made me feel at home. I still feel like I'm dreaming with how great of service I've received at a dealership. Thank you Nissan of Cookeville so much! I have always taken there for maintenance because they do a great job and make sure al We bought our Rogue at Cookeville Nissan and got a great deal. I have always taken there for maintenance because they do a great job and make sure all the "little" things like lube door hinges, steering wheel bushings, brake springs are done. They also are quick to remind me of the big things like transmission fluid flush, brake fluid flush, cabin filter replacement are need to be done. These are things that independent garages don't do. By doing them, I have been able to get years of service with the car remaining like new. More

Electrical plug port I had an electrical plug in port that I thought wasn’t working. To my surprise, the on switch, which I was unaware existed, was in the OFF position.
