Great customer service I called to get appointment to have our Versa looked at for making rattling noise in blower. I got appointment within a day . The receptionist was very nice and so were the service people I dealt with. It is never fun to spend money in hard times, but our Versa is a great car and she deserves it! The costs were explained to me and they kept me informed. They fixed the problem and I got out of there in the time they approximated for me. I want to thank all the service people at Nissan. When it is possible, I believe my next purchase will be there. More
