Service was very reasonable and quick. Was able to get in and out without wanting to stab myself. Nissan of Cookeville has been our “go to” dealer for purchasing two vehicles and for servicing those two vehicles. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and the service is prompt. I checked pricing for rack and pinion on our older vehicle (before we traded it in) and they were competitive with local smaller shops definitely worth the few extra pennies knowing we were getting Nissan parts and service warranty. I was very disappointed with my experience with the service advisor that was suppose to be taking care of me and my vehicle I had just purchased a week earlier. I felt disrespected and that I didn’t ma service advisor that was suppose to be taking care of me and my vehicle I had just purchased a week earlier. I felt disrespected and that I didn’t matter. My wife was told that there were no codes in the computer when the vehicle had 2 codes both in the tcm. I was told that they wouldn’t be able to fix my car on a Saturday and that I would have to wait till Monday to get the vehicle fixed and that there were no loaner vehicles available until Monday. I called the Dodge dealership and was told they could fix my vehicle and had someone there the same day. I was told the reprogramming of the tcm would be 130. When my wife brought this up when she picked the vehicle up she was told that we would have to pay for it if we took the vehicle there but if we left the car with them they would take it on Monday and we wouldn’t be charged.
