My check engine light was on. I live in Crossville and went to Auto Zone to test the cause. They said there was no error code. I searched the web and a Nissan site suggested disconnecting the negative bat went to Auto Zone to test the cause. They said there was no error code. I searched the web and a Nissan site suggested disconnecting the negative battery cable for a minute. That didn’t work but it changed a few settings. Saturday I needed to deliver some cats too Cookeville so after I decided to stop in to the service department. I explained what I did and Steve Jones said it would take about an hour. It required a software update and I was on my way by 12:30. My wife and I have both been impressed with the service department. More

Purchases a 2021 Rogue, didn't have a garage opener on the car ,so I ordered and paid for one. After about 2 months I call and was told we have the part, Took the car in to have it put in. Got home rea the car ,so I ordered and paid for one. After about 2 months I call and was told we have the part, Took the car in to have it put in. Got home read the how to install it, didn't work so I call the mfg. Was told car was not receiving signal. Had someone come out to make sure that was happening. Took car back to dealer and was told they would order new part. I'm 6 weeks from that so called parts department and was told no record that part had been ordered. Waiting for call from dealership.
