Nissan of Cookeville - Service Center

I brought my 2019 Altima in for service after not being able to start or even open the car doors using the key fobs. I eventually did get the car started and set up an appointment online.I arrived at the d able to start or even open the car doors using the key fobs. I eventually did get the car started and set up an appointment online.I arrived at the dealership on time dropped off the car and went through the symptoms that the car was experiencing Saturday morning. I wanted in the lobby, about 45 minutes later they came and got me, they said they went over the engine thoroughly and could not find anything wrong with it. I am sure they did all they could to find the problems, I just hope this problem doesn't happen again, especially when I am away from home. More

i was in dealership 6-7-2021 for a recall and had water leak inside car i was told it was sun roof drain was stopped up they told me it would be over 300 with taxi said no i got home and i cleaned sunroof leak inside car i was told it was sun roof drain was stopped up they told me it would be over 300 with taxi said no i got home and i cleaned sunroof drains on both sides only took 10 min.and they wanted 300.00 for what it took me 10 min.i have bought 4 new nissans from cookeville nissan and sent my mom there and she bought new rouge.i will never buy from them again.beware of there service dept.i worked at car shop for 25 years we never tried to rip off any one like there tried to do to me.talked to steve service manager tried to tell me there clean it out better you can`t clean it any better.so you decide 10 min clean out or 300.00 from nissan anyone can do it look on utube very easy .
